Room was clean but there was no clock in the room, and the conditioner for the shower was empty.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff helpful. The ladies at the bar were really nice and were easy to strike up a conversation with. We found out that one of them was originally from our home town of Owensboro. We will visit the Marriott again.

Over priced and because we booked with Expedia and not the hotel we were given the cold shoulder by hotel staff at the front desk. Call it a learning example. Will not book hotel again through Expedia and will not stay or promote Marriott hotels.

Very nice property. The hotel staff were all great! The hotel quickly handled a disturbance by a homeless man outside the Porch Kitchen.(open windows) We can recommend the hotel. Unfortunately we can't recommend Downtown Louisville. The downtown is very rundown. We didn't feel safe walking around it.

Closed drapes, but couldn't open in morning. I got a handicap room, didn't request it but i assume check in person saw i had a walking stick and gave me one. Great. It was at the end of hall, as far away from elevators as possible. Why would you put handicap room there.

We were visiting for conference and for fun as well. We loved the access to the convention center and the live entertainment in the lobby. The Whiskey Bent Valley Boys were great! We loved feeling the full Kentucky vibe. And we were conveniently located to restaurants and Whiskey Row.staff were friendly as well.
