Discriminating against disabled senior citizen home burned in fire

I was denied my room couldn't pay 250 dollars deposit security damage booking.com should of told me but nobody checking in but me was required to do this in filing discrimination law suit endangering my life making me walk in 6 degrees weather disabled senior citizen I fell on ice broke phone got hurt very bad.

I really liked our room and would stay again.

Location was perfect for my needs RM 138 was perfect for myself and 17 year old daughter. Gave us both privacy. Owners manager was very helpful with our needs.

I couldn't get Netflix app to work on the TV with the remote provided.

BAD MANAGEMENT

Will never book a hotel using Booking.com. Hotel would not confirm 2 rooms 2 nights. They said 1room 2 nights was paid. In order to complete check-in. I had to pay for another room. I'm disputing the credit card charge.

Fun and exacting would do it again

AWESOME

This hotel was very clean. Once I walked in the front door you could smell the cleanliness and it smeeled that way my whole stay. The rooms was exceptionally clean. Staff was so nice breakfast was great. Hot and fresh this was my first time staying here. Was in town visiting family. This will not be my last stay found a good hotel for future visits. 10/10 Thank you Comfort Inn Louisville.

Everything was clean

I ordered a king room and got a queen, the pool opened at 8 and the person showed up at 8 to close the pool to clean it, should have been cleaned before opening. My room that was supposed to sleep 4 had two towels and one wash rag.

I seriously doubt if we'll stay at a Comfort Inn again.

Not much of a selection because the food wasn't refilled when empty.

I didn't like that it wasn't as clean as it should be. Repairs were sloppily done and looked bad.

It was ok but not great

It was clean. The pool was nice although the paint was peeling in many places.

We got new towels but no new shampoo or conditioner the second day. No other room “fixing”. The room had an unpleasant smell. The curtains did not fully close. The air conditioner was very loud. The room was small, especially for the price. There were not many choices for restaurants around the hotel - the location was so so.

A bad all around experience.

Breakfast was good, rooms are very big. The add ons, (pool, bar, ect) were fine.

Staff wasn't friendly at all. First room, bathroom was dirty. Toilet wouldn't flush, and there was TP in the toilet still. We asked for a new room, and was relocated to the 3rd floor. The room was fine, but it stunk like cigarette smoke. The queen bed was comfy, the king bed was terrible. Came back in the afternoon on day 2, the whole 3rd floor overwhelmingly smelled like Marijuana smoke. The 2nd night, the neighbors were loud, slamming doors, banging on the walls, and going from room to room, yelling while doing so. Called from desk, was told they were having a family reunion, plus we were in a hotel, that's to be expected. It went on until around 3 am. Reached out to the GM for a refund but never got a response. Won't stay there again.

Coffee was available pretty much all the time. There is also a bar set up in the evening hours. The staff is very friendly and available to help. The room was clean.

Problem with the room's TV but once staff was made aware it was fixed ASAP. Key fob stopped working at one point and staff was working on fixing the problem. The room was okay. Little things like the toilet paper holder out of the wall.

Customer service was absolutely great but the hotel was subpar.

The complementary breakfast had a good variety and the lady serving made sure to keep area and tables clean.

Hotel hallway carpets were filthy with very visible stains. As we walked into our bedroom you can tell they had cleaned but not well. There was a smell of urine that was overpowering the air freshener they had stuck in the vent of the AC machine. The bathroom had a very heavy urine smell as well. Their pools chlorine levels were so super high, as you walk into their room, your eyes would burn. We couldn't stay in there for more then 30 minutes, even with taking breaks out of the room.

Breakfast was nice

The room had food on the floor. And something under the chair that didn't get cleaned up. One of the beds was bent. The bathroom had chipped paint. Underneath the sink had dust all over it. The headboards had specks all over it. The chair had white stains in it. The pool was supposed to be open at 6 am. And it wasn't open until 10 am. It has broken pieces in the pool and chipped paint around the pool.
