Had a fantastic stay. Room was lovely and located just steps from Basilica Santa Croce with an abundance of fantastic restaurants and shopping close by. I would definitely recommend and will return early next year as I adore Florence❤️

I loved my stay at Maison Santa Croce. It is easy to get to; the taxi left me right at the door. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming, and explained the details of getting in at night, including the codes, perfectly well. The property is beautifully decorated, it makes you feel that you are in someone's Pallazzo. My room was very spacious (plenty of room for my luggage). It had two windows, being a corner room, so in the morning, it received a lot of light. However, the shutters provided a complete blackout at night. The street is quiet, even though it is a block away from Santa Croce Square. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options: cheeses, meats, salmon, avocado, boiled eggs, fruit cereals, granola, many different kinds of savoury and sweet bread, spreads, and they made wonderful cappuccinos. I could not recommend enough that you choose to stay at this place on your visit to Florence, and the area is beautiful and also quiet. Most certainly would stay again.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful building (though under a different hotel name previously), and once again it did not disappoint. The service was exceptional—the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We especially appreciated the clear instructions for parking, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
Our room was spotless, with fresh ironed bedsheets that made the stay feel extra comfortable. Breakfast was included—while the selection wasn’t extensive, it was perfectly sufficient for a light start to the day. And with so many incredible restaurants nearby in Tuscany, you’ll never run out of great dining options anyway!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Maison Santa Croce and would be happy to return again. Highly recommended.
