    Concierge is very helpful and my rooftop pool is a must do. We had a balcony facing Santa Croce in the Duomo and that was amazing

    This hotel was a perfect place for a solo traveller. On hot days the pool is lovely, the staff were very helpful and the location was within walking distance to all the attractions

    Would highly recommend. Especially if going during the hotter months. Close to the attractions and then when it gets too hot you can go for a dip in the pool till it cools down in the evening. Staff very friendly and always happy to help.

    Cute room, good view (we had the category with cathedral view). The biggest problem was the noise. You can literally hear everything going on in the room above you. Also, we were near a service door, and gosh, it was slamming so hard and very often, starting just after 7 am… very very hard to sleep past that time. AC was leaking too, we informed the reception but it was not fixed, it just stopped working altogether. Staff staff in general were ok, but we had to carry our own luggage up the stairs at the entrance and concierge was not so helpful. I feel the place is a bit pushy with their service charge system also.
