Room service once every 14days, no supplies gets sent to home, you need to go to reception to get bedsheets, towels, coffee supplies and they dont have most of these available to start. Worst pillows and air filters in the room

I have stayed at this hotel about four times recently, and I have never experienced a hotel like this in my life. There was constant noise from above the kitchen on the first night, making it impossible to sleep. I was moved to another room, but that room had a broken toilet and was unusable. I asked the front desk to repair it after 1 PM, but nothing was done, so I checked out. There was no apology, no proper response, and no accountability. The hotel also refused to offer any refund or credit through Hotels.com. Housekeeping is only done once a week, and there is no water dispenser. This hotel is not worth staying at again. One star is already too generous.

I am a woman who travels alone to visit my son in the area, and I feel very safe and comfortable in this hotel. I think this was my fourth or fifth stay. It has become something of a home away from home. I love the workspace and kitchen. Very happy here.

Paid for a suite and theg gave my room away. Family of 4 with a 2 and 5 year old with 1 queen bed. No fun amd no sleep. Will never stay here again. Unfortunately this made me not want to stay at ALL Sonestas ever again.

The front desk was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is not the cleanest. I observed bags of garbage in the first floor hall. There’s an overall odor…maybe of smoke. The first floor room smelled heavily of smoke, so I requested another and was transferred to a third floor room, which was much better, but there was still a bit of that smell. I just didn’t trust that my room had actually been sterilized. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. Everything worked; nothing was broken. I felt safe with the indoor halls/doors and locks. I appreciated that there was an elevator between floors. The front desk attendant was super friendly.

Our room was fine, nothing fancy but large and clean with refrigerator, microwave, etc. Our issue was that just as we were going to sleep, the smoke/co2 alarm started chirping, and the hotel had no solution for us other than to change rooms. We had to pack up everything and change floors/rooms. Further, we were using the pull out bed, so we had to set that up (again), and all the old bedding was still on the bed. We were so tired, we took off the old /dirty bedding, piled it in the corner, remade the bed with fresh bedding and went to sleep.

When we checked in our deposits was 250, way more than the actual room. When we booked, it said all fees included witch was not true. The last place we booked through the app was only 20 dollar deposits. We also got a different room and had to pay extra to get the room we originally booked.

A good TV is kind of important to me as I like to relax and watch TV after work. The TV is very outdated. Other than that, the staff and location is very good.

Rooms old and dated, but somewhat OK, but there were people on the floor above us jumping up and down and making lots of loud noise both nights were were there, and other people also staying there said the same thing in different parts of the hotel.
