lovely, large, clean room, great buffet breakfast, helpful friendly staff, especially Front Office Mgr. Kristina Kretschmer, the Concierge during the day, the woman who was the bell captain, and one of the wait staff at breakfast, a dark-haired young woman from Chile, Santiago I think.

Our stay at the JW Marriott Auckland was very good. Room was clean, beds comfortable, and the hotel staff assisted us with all of our transportation needs. The location is wonderful, within walking distance to the CBD and harbor area. Highly recommend.

Our king room was luxurious and very comfortable. The hotel location is convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. The elaborate buffet breakfast is wonderful. Besides buffet items, one could get cooked-to-order eggs and omelettes, fresh squeezed orange juice, and individual pots of coffee, all included in the free breakfast.

The staff was absolutely lovely. There was a bit of an issue with my room but they addressed it right away and gifted me a bottle of wine for the issue. The facilities were really beautiful, bet the hot tub wasn't very hot. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Very high standard hotel I had a huge problem with my phone , not the hotel accountability to help at all , but a gentlemen called jack who was a porter could see I had the worse day due to my phone , he offered to take a quick look and some how managed to fix it was so grateful this is the type of thing where a staff never takes an interest listened was very impressed as most people would not even listen or be bothered to help. Going beyond.

Staff was exceptional, from the valet all the way to the chef. Staff even pressed the button for you to call the elevator while passing. Valet was super easy and always extremely friendly, even when dropong of the car at mid night. Will come back
