    This is an excellent place for a family getaway and truly perfect for relaxation. The onsen facilities are wonderful, with both indoor and outdoor options that are very comfortable and enjoyable. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all necessary amenities, making our stay very pleasant and satisfying for the whole family. There are several restaurants nearby that are easy to access by walking, and taking a taxi is also very convenient. Although the hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, you can order food delivery through the hotel, as they kindly assist in arranging it for you. Overall, this is a great place to stay for families who want to relax and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings. Highly recommended! 👍

    The whole unit is well equipped and spacious. Clean, nice tranquil view from the unit. Within 10min drive from nearby attractions - Hakone ropeway, Hakone Open Air Museum, Gora. Super friendly and multi-linguistic old man who received us around 9pm at night.

    We have been visiting Japan for 2 weeks, and this is by far our favorite hotel! The room is very large with plenty of room for a family. It has a kitchen area and its own washer and dryer with laundry soap provided. It has a beautiful hot spring pool to relax in. The staff was wonderful!

    The location is too far out and lacks any meaningful view. The onsen is disappointingly small. The only positive aspect is that the room is spacious and includes two toilets. However, the beds are quite uncomfortable.
