Very courteous staff. Aaron was a fantastic team player and he made sure we were all taken care of. We felt cared for. Clean rooms. Nice kitchenette. Breakfast was a nice touch. Fresh food!

Staff was friendly, felt at home in the suite very clean and had everything we needed. We wished we could’ve enjoyed it a bit more to relax and use all amenities. The breakfast was perfect!

Room was in good condition. Studio suite was not the suite I expected. I prefer the full suite but I didn’t know the difference. Night staff doesn’t seem to be knowledgeable and doesn’t answer questions fully. Morning staff doesn’t seem to be attentive enough. Morning staff was easily willing to talk to other guests while working with me at the front counter. I don’t like to be interrupted by others while at the front counter. Not my preferred destination anymore.

Athena was helpful She was able to get me better pillow due to issue with my neck Nice and very clean hotel. The gym was clean and it had good equipments. It had water fountains close to the lobby and inside the gym. Good location. Close to fwy and fast food places.

We had an excellent stay here. The room was well-thought out and well-equipped, particularly the kitchen. Triple-glazing meant we could hear nothing from the freeway next to the hotel. The hotel is fairly new and it shows in the decor. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice and three hot dishes, plus waffles. Staff were extremely helpful. It is a short drive to local restaurants. Wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed for with family for youth softball tournament. The front desk was amazing at check in. Even letting us know that although we would miss hot breakfast time due to early games, that we could grab the cold items for a quick breakfast in our way out. That’s amazing especially with young children. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again when in area

We loved our stay and enjoyed all the amenities that was offered! Great breakfast options! Room was very nice, love that it has a very nice kitchen! Great bathroom! The only issue we had was netflix wasnt working, other than that we absolutely love the place. Good swimming pool too! Great staff! Amazing ambience! We'll definitely come back again! Overall great experience with hotel. However, check in was very disappointing. I called ahead to notify them we were in the area. The receptionist (Ashafar?) Seemed minimally engaged or eager to help at all. Upon arrival he seemed bothered and distracted. We were the only ones checking in at the time and it took a bit to get going.

We stayed in this hotel because my son had an early kick off soccer game and this hotel post their breakfast start at 6 pm daily. But in fact, it start at 7am. Moreover, we paid for a room with king size bed and sofa bed and the room only had a regular sofa. The staffs took long time to address this issue. First, the staff(Assad) said that he is the only one person worked in the evening. When we could not find the sofa bed and no bedding at all around 9am. Asad said we need to waiting for the night auditor revolved this problem. Night auditor give us bedding and told me that she could opened the sofa bed to us in our room at 10:03pm. We went together to our room (#504) and finally she found out this only the sofa but not the bed. She said she could check the room available when she back to the front desk. She called us around 10:30pm and said she could changing another room for us. But my wife and son already slept after the whole days activities. I ended up crawling in the small sofa for the rest of the night. This hotel has no housekeeping work in the evening And only has one staff works. We want our money refund and please do not sell this hotel in Expedia. Or it would ruin your reputation.

Check in was quick and easy. No cost for parking which is nice considering the way hotels are gouging right now. The hotel is only a year old everything is brand new and well-kept. Unfortunately there were some things that were a drawbacks. But 10:00 at night the people above us were making a huge amount of noise so we tried to call the front desk who never answered after 5 minutes of letting the phone ring. We try it again using an outside line and still no one answered. When we went down to the front desk at another time it took 5 minutes of yelling for someone to come before the young kid came out from behind a closed door. It makes me concerned for the security of this property. The beds were not comfortable and we did not get a good night's sleep. The air conditioner was loud and couldn't keep a even temperature, but if you turned it off the room got hot and stuffy.It's sad that it takes $250 to get a decent room in the area and there are still drawbacks.
