    Stayed on the 14th floor in a King Superior room Fri-Sun. The location is perfect. The room was adequate, in good shape, clean, and typical for NYC. The bathroom had good water pressure and a divider from the room for privacy, but I appreciate that there is another restroom on a lower floor available (you know why). You'll hear street noise, but nothing excessive. The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests for extra towels. Would not hesitate to stay again.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was clean and in good condition. The furniture wasn't gouged, nicked, etc. - clearly very well-maintained. I enjoyed a somewhat larger room. Don't rely on their "breakfast" for more than bare minimum. There are restaurants very close by. I would stay here again.

    Overall I like this hotel , however, I would suggest to do something about the black mold on the third floor in the room 302.
