    I stayed for 3 nights. I ended up having an issue with the wifi in room *** - I would not recommend this room if you rely on wifi. Maintenance came by to restart the connection, but that didn't do anything. I was given the option of a new room or a $20 refund. Because the property was sold out, I couldn't be moved to another room. I had prepaid for the booking, so the staff member wasn't sure if I could get a refund and I would have needed to wait for the general manager to be back on a Mon. for an answer. So the other option given were 2 free breakfast vouchers, which I accepted. I did appreciate the staff member trying to find a solution for me. As for review on staff, don't expect top level friendly hospitality. Despite this, they will help you when help is needed. The room had a smart TV that I was luckily able to take advantage of due to being able to connect to the wifi for at least 30 seconds before the connection gave out. Overall, the property is pretty clean. Breakfast was decent, not something I would pay money for, but was good given it ended up being free for me. Location wise, it's pretty close to the MDW airport. Takes about a 10 min. bus ride for off hours when the shuttle isn't running. It takes a good hr. to get to city center taking public transportation, so if you're pressed for time, this isn't the best location for heading into the city. There are a lot of good groceries nearby in walking distance. I went to Cermak Fresh Market for well priced drinks and grocery items which was a 5 min. walk from the hotel. Target, Costco, and Aldi are also nearby in walking distance. Overall, very good price for what you get.

    The room and entire hotel was clean. The room was spacious. Had a comfortable stay. No microwave in the room but available in the lobby. Public transit is right outaide the building. The hotel staff is friendly. Car Parking is not free. They charged $** per night. Breakfast $17 per person. And kids under 12 eat free.

    Claimed to have an airport shuttle but did not. As a result taxi or uber were needed to and from Midway. Staff were unsympathetic and unhelpful.

    The total is pricy with no internet. Some staffs were courteous other were very rude. It’s a last minute booking otherwise will never stay in future.
