The distance to the airport was great, bed was comfortable. Curtain shades and walls had stains. I wish breakfast was included since we had to pay for parking.

The outside of the hotel is plain but once inside it is very nice. The people were professional and friendly. MJ Rose helped us in so many ways to make our stay great. She suggested restaurants and attractions for us. Our room on the fifth floor was recently renovated with nice fixtures and was clean and fresh.

The staff was incredible! Very kind. The airport driver went above and beyond. We had an unexpected stay with our cancelled flight. We ended up ordering Giardanos pizza and only wished we had offered the staff some before we started to eat as well had too much!!

My TV didn’t work in my room and they wouldn’t accommodate me. Told me to call Expedia. Also it wasn’t the cleanest room. Looked like hotel staff stayed in that room during there breaks. Horrible service from lady named MJ.. very rude and tried charging extra for things I had included already! I would like a refund or some sort of credit.. Please and Thanks.
