Compact
Steep stairs very difficult to take up bags . Tiny wash basin in bath room. Peeling off paint . Broken hooks in bathroom

Nice and clean, quiet place!
Hob was not working, I wasted a box of (6) eggs. It would be nice to send out the deposit link earlier as the self check in instruction follows the payment, otherwise one would not be able to get in.

Had everything we needed for the 5 nights stay. Free parking. 20 minute walk into town which suited us however I am sure you can catch a bus seen as the place is on the main road into the centre.
May sound a little picky only the bed was rather creaky

We liked the location once we found the property. Good for going into the town, horse racing and walking to pub/restaurant nearby.
It was difficult to find the property and we had to call for help. Once we arrived we did not understand the instructions with the keys. Opened the lock box easily but we could not find the silver box referred to in order to access and open the door.
The flat was ok but could do with some care. Black marks on walls going to flat and in flat. Microwave rusty and smelling of curry. Bedding was not ironed which looked awful. Better quality towels would be better. As we had a fee for housekeeping included in the price did to appreciate being told we had to check and empty bins on leaving - was told this would be a great time saver for them which we didn’t think was true as it only took one minute!
