Its authentic and quiet in one of my favourite Tokyo neighbourhoods.
It would be nice if there was some sort of cleaning service (after ten days the sheets were a bit gross).

Nous avons aimé la localisation: Yamanote line (circulaire) à 5 minutes, Seiyu& superette à moins de 5min', quartier calme et bien déservi.
Accès facile à l'appartement avec la boite à clef.
Dans l'appartement, les couchages sont confortables, le chauffage/clim marche bien, le micro-onde est pratique.
Le propriétaire est réactif quand on envoie des messages internet.
Le ménage nous a semblé être fait rapidement et l'atmosphère un peu humide avait comme une légère odeur de tabac.
Un petit tabouret dans la salle d'eau aurait été apprécié pour prendre la douche avant de rentrer dans la baignoire sabot.
Equipement de cuisine minimaliste (en plastique), pas vraiment prévu pour faire de la cuisine, juste du réchauffage
