•Self check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. •We liked the kitchen, which provided almost everything we needed. •There is a convenience store and a 24-hour coin laundromat nearby.
The coin laundry facility inside ELM seems to be closed after 22:00. It would be more convenient if guests could use it later at night.

Actually it was kind of cheap and hotel is quiet
The air conditioning was not good. The room was not that clean. The bed was really small for two people.

The location was good, there were nice shops nearby and it was a close train ride to the main areas. The air condition was good and the resources like fridge, bowls, bins were useful.
The property was too small, and there were lack of amenities. We only had 1 towel each for 5 days, which made the entire room smell throughout the day. There wasn’t enough body products like shampoo, soap, etc. the check in process wasn’t the easiest, and the contact information was not useful. A small issue with the code lock on the door the buttons weren’t responsive that usually took 2-6 tries to get in.
