L emplacement est tres bon c est ce qui fait choisir cet appartememt. A 2 stations de la gare de shinjuku.Le quartier est agréable et il n y a pas eu de nuisances sonores. C est calme. La réactivité du personnel car j ai réservé une journée supplementaire et ils ont été parfait.
Les lits ! Un seul de correct sur les 4 + le futon. Il n y a pas de vaisselle, pas d assiettes, pas de couverts, que 2 tasses.Et pas d eponge pour faire la vaisselle meme si les japonais ne cuisinent pas un minimum de vaisslles serait appreciable. La propreté n est pas top sauf la salle de bain. Il ne faut pas etre trop regardant.

Really enjoyed our stay! The place was spotless, and the self check-in process was super easy. Just fill out the online form the day before, wait for the confirmation email, and you’re all set. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, so everything was hassle-free. Great value for the price.
The only downside was the BBQ restaurant downstairs. The smoke smell was pretty noticeable on the balcony, especially at night. It could also get noisy late into the night from customers and the staff cleaning up after closing. Not the host’s fault, but something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper or want to spend time on the balcony.

L’emplacement et la taille du logement, le balcon pour faire sécher le linge
Ce n’était pas propre: on a trouvé des cheveux dans le micro-ondes, le coté du meuble de la cuisine était incrusté de graisse et les étagères pleines de poussière. L’appart aurait besoin d’un gros coup de ménage. En plus de ça, il n’y a pas de plaques de cuisson pour cuisiner.
