The location is the #1 best thing about this property. It’s right around the corner from Nakai metro station. The space is small but efficient. It has everything you could need and the neighborhood is quite cute, just outside of the crazy busy Tokyo areas but close enough that you can get to it quickly.
There is a bar located below the property they aren’t too loud as it is a private bar with only seating for 3. But one night the bedroom did smell like cigarette smoke but it cleared out. The patrons aren’t usually that loud during my stay, but it did happen, but they were only chatty until 10pm
