I had some issues with completing my booking and the booking.com staff were super helpful and understanding. The accommodation staff themselves were also welcoming and helpful. The communication regarding my stay was proactive. It’s a good location for getting into town by foot, doing a food shop, or getting the train.
I believe the guest portal mentions that an iron is available upon request but unfortunately this particular property doesn’t have an iron, so just a heads up for others to know.

It’s was close to the city, shops bars restaurants. Easy to access and secure

Location is clean and check in and out was easy. Towels/toiletries in bathroom. Kitchen well equipped with cooking spoons and pans. Bed not the best but manageable
The room walls were dirty, no toilet paper in the toilets. The room and towels had a dusty smell , needs some air fresheners. Room generally dusty
