All the staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Oscar, he helped me so patiently to handle the extension issue. The room was very clean, the facilities were quite new, and the location is close to most sightseeing areas.

Location and Towels
I think a tv in the bedroom would have made it more homely, comfortable. Also the walls were quite grubby and could do with painting beside the bed.

Shower while basic had good pressure and temperature. Staff were able to provide some clothes hangers which was helpful although this is something basic that I would expect to be in the room already.
Empty soap bottles from a previous person were left in the shower. There were hairs throughout the room. The bed linen was very poor quality, must be the cheapest possible but it also felt like it had been used for years. Bed mattress thin.
