Location was great. Close to city centre just walking distance.

For the price, this place was great. Particularly enjoy access to the gym and a comfy communal area. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

I asked to change rooms as the standard of cleaning was poor, but staff found an alternative room which was clean.

Location was convenient to get to and from the SEC and provided a good river walk in the mornings. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also the booking team were amazing considering the short notice time i provided them after having my original accommodation cancel on me. Would book again for the next trip

The location is convenient, and the room was nice and clean.

They don’t have good communication between the staff and they hide information from you. I announced my late arrival when I booked. They didn’t mention anything. However, the day I travel my plane got delayed so I was arriving even later. I sent a message at 6 pm, and they didn’t answer until quarter past midnight, when I was flying. When I get to the hotel I realize that they needed me to send them my email and pay 50 pounds, so they could organize a member of the staff to receive me. Since it was already super late, I called them and asked them for instructions. The person on the phone was super super nice with me and stayed on the phone with me the whole time. He tried to get a member of their staff to get me, but he never arrived. In the end, not even the member was needed since a student open the door to me and the key was in a box with a password I already had (they sent me when I finished the booking). I only got confused with all these nonsense instructions. They still tried to charge me 50 pounds, but fortunately in the end they realize their mistake and didn’t do it.
