Free parking 2-bedroom house in Glasgow

It was neat and tidy.

Erdgeschoßwohnung in eine recht ruhigen Siedlung in Zentrumsnähe (2 Stationen mit der Regionalbahn). Sehr freudlicher Empfang trotz unserer vorzeitigen Anreise, aufmerksame Kommunikation. Tatsächlich ausreichend freie Parkplätze im Umfeld. Eine der wenigen Wohnungen in Glasgow, die für nur eine Nacht angeboten werden.

Die Wohnung war zwar sauber, ist aber abgewohnt und dafür etwas teuer.

Parking hard to find.

I didn't find it hard to find, but I was not given info on the parking. It would be good to have been notified of "there's a small parking area with 7 spots where it reads "Abercromby Square", park there. Keys were easy to locate and easy to get in, but I could not lock the door from the inside. There were no instructions on how to do this, that's definitely needed. It may be assumed that people know these doors, but many don't. It's a little trick to lock it. It took me 30 minutes to try and figure it out. Jeff, the host was very communicative, which was good. But I did feel there were some things I wasn't aware of, which I did message him about upon arrival.

There was no TV at all in the flat. I actually wished I'd known this. I was traveling for work so after a long day, I really wanted to just zone out with some British TV. That was a bummer. I did message him about it. I also noticed garbage in the kitchen rubbish bin that hadn't been emptied. I mean that's not a big deal to me, but still noticeable. I did let him know about this. I had read some reviews before booking this place and someone had mentioned the bed being really hard. I overlooked this, but it was no joke. For me, it was like sleeping on a brick. I have stayed in hotels in Glasgow for a month on this job so I know hotel beds, this was definitely a LOT harder than any of the hotel beds I've been sleeping on. I really do think if I were to improve one thing here, it would be to upgrade the mattresses. My back hurt the next day. It wasn't good. This section asks us "what we didn't like". I always try to focus on the positive so this is just constructive criticism here, nothing bad. Last thing I'll say is that, there was a man banging on the front door around 8:40am in the morning, and as a woman traveling herself for work, it startled me. I didn't answer the door, but I didn't know who this man was or if he had a key. I kind of hustled out of the flat as soon as I could after that.
