Great surrounds with Green Park
Quiet. Easy walk to town / shops
Good parking and access
Beds could be more comfortable
Small maintenance jobs need attending. Previous damage to property needs repair eg cracked glass wardrobe door and oven handle broken. Dryer too noisy
Reported a leak under the sink, not a major issue but water still collecting in tub under the sink plumber never arrived. Toilet seat needs tightening
Just little adjustments to make the property feel cared for.

Location.
There was a lack of cleanliness, there was a lot of damage in the property in one of the bathrooms, the bathroom door was damaged, the front door was damaged and there was a hole at the lobby. Not to mention the shower was horrendous. And the deposit was hidden on the app, was charged an extra 250 and the owner refused to cancel our reservation after we already paid for the stay.
