Fantastic location for the Barrowlands and close enough to the city too

Would not recommend for the price.

Location.

There was a lack of cleanliness, there was a lot of damage in the property in one of the bathrooms, the bathroom door was damaged, the front door was damaged and there was a hole at the lobby. Not to mention the shower was horrendous. And the deposit was hidden on the app, was charged an extra 250 and the owner refused to cancel our reservation after we already paid for the stay.

Great surrounds with Green Park Quiet. Easy walk to town / shops Good parking and access

Beds could be more comfortable Small maintenance jobs need attending. Previous damage to property needs repair eg cracked glass wardrobe door and oven handle broken. Dryer too noisy Reported a leak under the sink, not a major issue but water still collecting in tub under the sink plumber never arrived. Toilet seat needs tightening Just little adjustments to make the property feel cared for.

My father and mother lived in Kent st and were married in st Alphonsus, it was ideally situated to travel around Glasgo

it was very comfy and cosy, it as clean and tidy when we arrived. it was a pleasure to stay at the apartment. thank you, Cathy .

Weekend away for husbands birthday

It was close to the events we were attending. Close to Glasgow green . We had very good Chinese last night at the Spice Garden , delivered quickly and with lovely food . Warm apartment with very good instructions to get into it. A bus on London road takes you into the city centre .

Nothing to dislike, perhaps blind or curtain on kitchen window .

Absolutely disgraceful

Location was great

Firstly PAT tested appliances, hairdryer and lamp in lounge, with stickers saying last test was 2021!!! Kitchen - .Warped flooring, trip hazard .The electric sockets by window, didn't work .Back of sink falling apart .Timer on microwave doesn't work (message left on fridge doir) .Microwave was disgusting .Switches for hot water didn't work, for the 3 days we were there. So no hot water. .Oven handle broken off (Written in a review in 2023!) No ovenglove provided. .Toaster handle broken off Bathroom - .Only 1½ toilet rolls for 3 days .Toilet seat loose .Lino doest reach bath, so floor starting to rot .Tiles need a good scrub .Bath/shower water running away slowly .No Grab rail, to get into bath for the shower .Shower screen seal was green with mould and was torn Bedrooms - .Spare pillows but no spare pillowcases .Dirty spare quilt .Mat causing trip hazard. .Huge crack in wardrobe door, again in a review from 2023 .Bedside lamp not working .Windows are tilt & turn. No safety features, so open wide. With tv stand under the lounge one, its easy for a child to climb and fall out. I can not believe this property is looked after by an agency. It is appalling and reading back on reviews, some of these things were reviewed in 2023 and nothing has ever been done about them!

the location is very good, and the apartment is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. self check in was simple and we had contact with the property manager for anything we needed.

some things are a bit run down but nothing major. I suggest having more pillows.

Not the cleanest and very minimally equipped in the kitchen which was not great as we wanted to cook during our stay. Also instructions on the radiators would be good.

drab dingy depressing accommodation

it looked nice in the presentation pictures

this property was dirty and in a bad location the pictures make it look like a nice place to stay but they were very deceiving there was mold in the bathroom, horrible cooking smell that we couldn’t get rid of and the water temperature was difficult to control. The agency that handles the entry were unhelpful and made the entry process difficult, this place made for a poor beginning to my vacation

Everything there for cooking, washing and cleaning. Quiet spot, even during Rock concert in the nearby park! Guns & Roses would be disapointed to hear this! Parking available and most amenities nearby.

No meet and greet, but eventually got keys after a few calls. Couldn't connect to the WiFi. Tried every available name to no avail.

Grotty. Needed to hoover and clean when we got there. One of the beds was beyond uncomfortable so had to use the sofa bed in the lounge

Good location - know the area as son lived in Bridgeton area. Being beside WEST Brewery a real bonus!!

Not suitable for small children or to live in.

Despite saying children of all ages were welcome, and us telling them we had a toddler, this apartment is definitely not suited for small children. No highchair, no cot/bedguard, no stairgate at the top of the very steep stairs. Very little in the way of cooking equipment which made it very difficult to actually live in for a few days. Its alright if all you want to do is dump your bags and go out, but in that case there are better and cheaper hotel rooms. Shower was mouldy. Microwave timer didnt work. Full length mirror on built in wardrobe was totally cracked. Car park is full of sink holes. I've got towels that were thicker than the bed pillows. Staff didnt seem to care when we tried to talk to them about the issues.

Location is great, right next to glasgow green. Apartment seemed fairly clean, apart from the mould in the shower.

Overall, a pleasant time had to explore Glasgow and the surrounding areas.

The location to our family was 'spot on' - 1 minute walk to Glasgow Green Park, 15 minutes walk to the city centre either via the park or the street. The 2 bed apartment situated in a nice quite area was very spacious, with all amenities that we required. An amazing West BREW Brewery, a 5min walk away for food and drink. Parking was made available before our due check in time. Very good communication between us and the host (booking.com)

We found a few faults within the apartment ie broken glass wardrobe door, and broken shower screen strip, mouldy tea bags in the tea pot. Although these were minor things that I reported, but communication was very good. This did not spoil our holiday.

If not use to system to be advised someone will meet you, and then after a few phone calls to find the correct department to speak to someone, and to be advised the key was in the letterbox, was not very reassuring as we were not 100% confident it was the correct property. (Key was in letterbox)
