People make Glasgow!

I loved everything about this accommodation from booking process to checking out - the location and the facilities were amazing. The room has what you need, I had iron and kitchen utensils which is great! The staff who works there are the best honestly; especially; Abdullah, Francis and Nicola. Abdullah treated me with a drink during check out and Francis helped me with my luggage, where Nicola checked me in the best smoothest way. There are also other two guys who have beards and speaks Scottish accent but I don’t remember their names, they usually stay at evenings/nights in the reception and they’re really helpful ❤️one of them I think maybe (Marcos?) he helped me with bringing garbage bin and floor sweeper to my room, and the other beard guy he lat me borrow hair dryer so easily. I would definitely recommend to other students❤️

Fast wifi, fully furnished kitchen. Big screen TV. Big window. Big Common areas with pool table.

Student accommodation which suited my needs while volunteering at the World Cycling Championships.

A good location close to the city centre. Pleasant student room with en-suite. Fully equipped kitchen.

The bathroom light and fan came on as soon as you entered the room and stayed on for 10 minutes afterwards. A huge waste of electricity, unnecessary and extremely annoying, particularly when you rarely needed to put the light on in there anyway. The mattress was rather lumpy. The shower plug hole was clogged up with the previous occupant’s hair.

There is no hair dryer in the room but you can borrow one from reception. There was no bin in my room. The smell in the bathroom was not nice.

Good stay, could be great if management gave staff the tools to prepare better for guests.

The staff working at reception and cleaning did an amazing job to try and correct all the mistakes and supply missing things. All of them were sociable, helpful and understanding as well as good communicators. The building is very new, lots of entertainment available (kareoke, cinema, gaming rooms as well as ping-pong, air hockey and billiard tables and nice reading corners).

Our apartment was not prepared for two guests. Cutlery, cups, plates, bowls, pots and pans, everything you need for three meals a day, cooking and doing dishes was incomplete. (The staff corrected this to the best of their ability). We first had towels for one person, no toilet paper. There were also no essentials (salt, pepper, cooking oil). Our impression was that company management decided to throw a few dozen rooms on AirBnB and Booking.com and the staff was running to keep up with everything it meant to switch from accommodating students to hospitality business.

The hostel is perfect, good location, very clean in the room, friendly people at the reception, well equipped kitchen.

In the kitchen the garbage bin became full on the 4th day of my living there. And it was cleaned immediately only by my request two days later. Nobody checked it earlier. That's the minor.
