We chose Novana Aparthotel originally because of the location - it is near the person we were visiting. Parking is on-street, so we were lucky to find a space close by. When we arrived, we were puzzled by the lack of response to the doorbell at the outside of the front door. It turns out that among the buzzers for the rooms inside the storm door, there is one marked "Reception" and this was answered straight away. Staff were friendly and the place is clean with lots of shiny, mirrored tiles, which much take and age to polish! There is a projector with a massive screen instead of a TV, which was a novelty. We stayed two nights and got two pods for the coffee maker. My husband drinks tea, so that was enough for us, but if we had stayed longer, I would have needed to request more. Overall, a pleasant stay. We asked for a garden room, so that we would be at the back and it was very nice and quiet, as we had hoped.
