Son emplacement, la surface de l’appartement et la rénovation effectuée.
Decoration minime, isolation acoustique de la porte d’entrée inexistante. Joints de la douche à revoir.

The location was convenient for the train station and, although it is a couple of streets higher up the hill, there are lifts as well as steps. At a brisk pace, you can walk down to the harbour in 10-15 minutes.
The apartment is not in the most picturesque of streets, but it is conveniently located. The furnishings were reasonably comfortable, but quite basic.
