Very lovely but wasn’t what i expected

It was very clean, quiet and lovely. Staff was very nice

It’s actually a retirement home and they rent out rooms like a hotel, and you have to pay for the: pool, spa and massages per hour per person. Also due to the lack of people staying the breakfasts buffet wasn’t open so you still paid the same price for room service for not a lot of options and very small

Comfortable & Modern Stay

Location 15 minutes walk to the heart of the village and to the sea. Very spacious comfortable fully equipped room with a lovely green private lawn perfect for our Border Collie. Room, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom were all spotless clean, comfortable and lovely. The breakfast was very good: a great spread of cold meats, smoked salmon, local cheeses, a variety of breads, cereals, fruit ... Great start to the day.

Had to pay 8€/night to park the car and 10€/hour to use a tiny 2 seater sauna and a lovely indoor pool.

Should not be allowed to have their main picture of a pool, we only booked as it had a pool and after we paid non refundable, we received an email saying it’s €10 per person per time to visit pool, which is €50 euros for our family and then also told at reception no kids allowed and staff very unfriendly. Wi-Fi very poor and missing the basics that all the other French apartments we have Stayed in have, such as dishwasher and a washing machine which is a given for apartments of this price (instead you get a big bottle of washing up liquid!!).

Decent apartment but no pool access for children and lots of additional changes

Apartment was comfortable, a good size and with plenty storage. Finish and inventory was of high quality, and of course it is all new. Also the apartment and the complex were exceptionally clean and tidy.

The apartment was ideally sized and stocked for a family of 4 however the photo of the swimming pool (the key photo that comes up in the booking.com search) is very misleading since the pool is not actually accessible to children. Yet the property is clearly marketed towards families. It is is deep down in the description that the pool is adults only but certainly not what I was expecting when I booked - I suggest that the picture of the swimming pool comes with a very clear banner across it that it is adults only. It is also charged out at 10euro/p/hr. We would not have booked this apartment had we known about the pool restrictions. There were also key items missing that you might expect in a holiday apartment such as an airer rack for drying clothes, fans (there was no A/C so a fan would be useful), an oven instead of a microwave, a dish washer, facilities to wash clothes (like a shared room with a washer and dryer), and maybe a mini shop near the reception which sells a few basic things like toilet roll, coffee etc. We stayed 1 week and these things would have been appreciated. And what is it with all the charges.... the parking 8eur/day (why not just include parking in the cost of the stay), deposit needed for a hairdryer, deposit needed to borrow an iron, pay to get new towels etc etc. And 18eur for breakfast was quite excessive. In all I have mixed feelings - while it was a clean and pleasant apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, it is basically a retirement home complex where extra, unrented rooms are charged out to tourists. That in itself is OK but it could have been more welcoming to tourists and in all honesty the staff were not very friendly or helpful and their level of English was pretty poor. I feel that there are better options available in this price class. Wifi was also not great and we never managed to get the EV charging working (which required a specific French EV network card).

It is literally spare rooms in a retirement home. It does not create a great feeling of holidays .. definitely not for a romantic escape! While the idea is nice, it would be appropriate to be upfront and clear about it.

Calme, appartement refait récemment au goût du jour. Personnel à l'écoute et ouvert à la discussion. Très belle décoration et moderne de l'ensemble, bien situé à entre 10- 15 minutes de la plage et du centre ville.

Les créneaux horaires pour la piscine qui apporte plus de contrainte que de détente, lorsque nous sommes en week-end, on prend son temps, les créneaux sont perturbant dans l organisation de la journée. Les créneaux sont complets en amont par les clients arrivés la veille. Piscine payante 10€/personne/heure en complément du prix de la chambre… Le parking payant est aussi en basse saison… Appartement trop grand pour un week-end à 2 Appartement sans charme aucun avec des remontées d odeur dans la salle de bain.

La piscine chauffée est appréciable. L appartement est confortable.

Le coût d une heure piscine, encore le fait de devoir réserver un créneau je comprends, mais 10euros de l heure par personne, vraiment cher pour ce que c est au final. Il aurait été appréciable de disposer d une éponge dans la cuisine et également un porte serviettes dans la salle de bain. Un porte gel douche dans la douche serait pratique. De constater que la caution n est pas restituée le jour du départ et enfin de voir que l hôtel à essayé de débiter mon emprunte de CB sans me le dire pour se servir du prix de la chambre alors sie j avais déjà payé par booking.

Accueil, la qualité et le confort de l'établissement. Appartenant propre, aménagement de qualité et literie confortable

la piscine (YC accès au sauna et salle de fitness) est payante mais surtout accessible qu'aux personnes majeures, ce qui n'est spécifié ni dans la documentation de l'établissement présente dans les chambres ni dans la proposition booking. C'est au moment de la réservation sur place que nous l'avons découvert.

Appartement größer und neuer als erwartet. Sauber, geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Ein großes Bad und gute Einrichtung. Der Balkon war nochmals ein Zusatzpunkt. Das Personal war stets zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Erscheinungsbild, die Einrichtung ist vom Eingang, durch die Flure über das Restaurant, bis zum Zimmer sehr stilvoll eingerichtet - sehr positiv überrascht.

Leider lag das Appartement zur Hinterhof Seite und somit waren nachts, bei offenem Fenster die Klimaanlagen (Außengeräte) zu hören.

Un appartement très correct mais pas de piscine !

La piscine à 10€ par personne et par heure, inaccessible aux enfants. C’est très décevant… et en plus, la piscine était privatisée le dimanche matin ! Bref, c’est sensé être une résidence avec piscine… elle est hors de prix et il n’y a pas de créneau pour les enfants. Je trouve que l’annonce est trompeuse.

Séjour extraordinaire dans un environnement reposant, lumineux et surtout très convivial :)

Notre séjour a été extra :) ! Le personnel (de la direction, réception, au bar, au petit déjeuner, à la préposée au nettoyage) était vraiment aux petits soins; ce qui fait de cet endroit un lieu d'exception. L'appartement très cosy, la literie parfaite, grande terrasse bien agréable. La bibliothèque lieu très sympa pour la connexion internet (que l'on n'avait pas dans l'appartement), le bar avec une préposée très avenante et le petit déjeuner très varié. Le fait d'être "mélangés" aux résidents fait aussi de cet établissement une particularité.

Juste déçu qu'il n'y avait pas de connexion internet dans l'appartement mais nous a permis de découvrir la bibliothèque :)

Bel appartement dans une belle résidence

Les espaces, la propreté, la décoration, l'amabilité et la gentillesse du personnel. Pour le restaurant, très bon menu (entrée, plat, dessert) pour 22€. J´oubliais : accueil GRATUIT pour les chiens (même si le mien ne m´accompagnait pas), c´est exceptionnel. NOTE 9,5

Hotel czyściutki , ładny , apartament piękny duży . Polecam szczególnie podczas wyjazdów rodzinnych .

Troszkę podirytowała mnie sytuacja z basenem, który jest niedostępny dla dzieci ( od 18 r.z.) o czym poinformowano mnie po rezerwacji pokoju. Zaznaczę że podczas pobytu dzieci pobiegły zobaczyć basen przez szybę , a tam pływało dziecko z mamą .Bylo to 10 minut przed opuszczeniem hotelu .

La qualité du petit déjeuner est en décorrélation totale du prix. Un personnel en particulier fut désobligeant auprès de mon conjoint lorsqu il s installa à une table puis envers moi alors que je cherchais le café. Vaisselle mise a disposition dans le logement sale /mal lavée et non vérifiée visiblement De la vaisselle sale également dans l espace petit déjeuner Le moindre service supplémentaire était payant. Déception

Rien je regrette mon séjour qui m’a coûté finalement plus cher que ce que je m’attendais au milieu de nul part

Je suis extrêmement déçue de mon séjour. L’hôtel annonce une piscine sur Booking, alors qu’il s’agit en réalité d’un espace spa/sport facturé 40 € de l’heure, ce qui n’est absolument pas précisé. De plus, j’ai eu un incident de réservation : m’étant trompée sur la date de mon retour, la conseillère m’a facturé 200 € la nuit supplémentaire, soit 400 € pour deux jours, ce qui est exorbitant comparé au prix initial d’environ 500 € pour 5 nuits elle a profité de la situation et m’a fait payé le prix de deux nuit dans un hôtel en Côte d’Azur… L’hôtel est également très mal situé si vous n’êtes pas motorisé, car il est loin de la ville et peu pratique d’accès. Le seul point positif : un monsieur très sympathique et serviable à l’accueil, que je remercie.

Séjour de 3 nuits très agréable

Très bon emplacement à environ 15 minutes à pied de la plage de Villers et du centre-ville. Le logement est très propre et bien équipé. Il est spacieux et bien décoré. La résidence est très calme et pratiquement neuve. Le gros avantage est que les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés.

Dommage que l’espace piscine soit réservé aux plus de 18 ans et qu’il soit payant.
