The hotel was very clean and it is in a good location close to the town.

We were bike packing in France so we were only staying one night. The hotel provide a safe room to store your bike overnight with charging facilities. The breakfast was good and provided us with the fuel we needed setting off on our bikes.

The hotel insisted on being paid on check in; most hotels we stayed at on this trip we paid on check out.

The rooms, locations, staffs, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, breakfast, rooms, view, air conditioning were perfect.

Room was very, very tired. Bathroom is simply old and doesn’t work properly. It all needs massive renovation. Only thing that could make this a four star hotel in the pool, otherwise, I wouldn’t give it stars.

Pleasant and comfortable for a short stay.

Good facilities including good sized pool with lots of sunbeds. Room was quiet and comfortable including a bed that unlike so many hotels wasn’t too hard. Short drive into Cabourg where there is a good choice of restaurants.

Breakfast had a good selection but sadly the usual awful machine coffee. Lack of towels at the pool.

Nice and clean, kids friendly and very nice staff members

- The staff was really nice and helpful. They really do everything they can to satisfy the customers, with a smile. This was the case with every staff member we met. - It was very clean everywhere we went : room, breakfast room, pool area, spa. Spotless. - The place is kid friendly and this is not common for a spa hotel, so we appreciated it. - The heated pool is very pleasant, especially when outside it’s cool and windy. It wasn’t busy even on a weekend - Easy parking and 10 min walk from the center of Cabourg. - Late check out upon request (additional payment) which is a great option when traveling with kids (for their nap)

Just some very small suggestions, but none of them would prevent me from going back as our stay went very well : - the spa and pool area are disconnected from the rooms area (although very close) : consider a closed corridor ? - the kids club is great and a real plus, but there should be some additional toys in order for a kid to be able to use the little kitchen for instance - it would be nice to have a restaurant in the hotel, although there are many restaurants in Cabourg - There should be a helpful handrail near the bathtub for easier and safe get-in/get-out process.

This hotel has to decide if it is a hotel caring for customers who want to stay in a hotel or wether it wants to be a spa. Upon arrival we waited 15 minutes to check-in because the receptionist was treating another person using the Spa facility. Staff were not readily available at reception.

Superb mini break with my kids with very friendly staff, great pool area and great breakfast.

I loved the pool area, it was great to have the indoors/outdoor element as its an open/close pool and the surrounding area with loungers was very relaxing. The breakfast was super, my kids and I were very pleased with the selection and quality of food. We didn't use the spa area this time but all the facilities were great and very clean. Lastly all the staff were really friendly and helpful when needed especially the receptionists and the person who greeted us for breakfast every moring :-) I would highly recommend this hotel for families with kids of all ages.

There is no restaurant which would have been nice even though there is plenty of restaurants in the nearby village Cabourg. There was some room service options for dinner but personally I didn't like the options availalbe and the way they were served i.e. in glass jars.

our room was large but only one very small hanging space. no drawers, cupboards, shelves. lived out of suitcase. poor selection of drinks in room, not even a biscuit. paper cups, should b China in a Murcure. no space to sit outside anywhere around the hotel,

Quiet and cosy place with a nice spa area

Very friendly and helpful staff during all our stay (with a map on the recommanded restaurants in the town on arrival). The bed was very comfy and the room quiet. Breakfast with a wide variety of choice and good coffee. The spa (2 hammam, 2 saunas) and indoor sport facilities were clean and functional, and the swimming pool sufficiently big to exercise properly.

The bread for breakfast could be more fresh and crispy. We were surprised that the hotel did not have a restaurant in order to stay lazy onsite after an afternoon in the spa (not a huge issue as we like walking but count 15 minutes walk to the nearest restaurant). The room was a bit smaller than I thought, especially the sofa which was more a seat than anything. The new hammam unit was clearly too complex for customer usage (too many choices of T° resulting in a non working state)
