This hotel is unacceptable and I demand a full refund. The room was completely different from the photos: tiny, dirty, with peeling wallpaper, an unmade dirty bed, and a bathroom in terrible condition with rotten soap. I also woke up with multiple itchy bites on my arms, back, and legs — a clear sign of possible bedbugs or other insects. Management refused to change my room, claiming no availability, while Booking showed multiple rooms for the same date. We were pressured to pay extra just to change dates, and communication was a nightmare — both the hotel and Booking kept passing responsibility. Due to the unhygienic and unsafe conditions, we did not stay at the hotel at all and immediately left for another property. This is a serious health and safety issue, and I expect a full refund immediately.

Good ratio value/money, very nice receptionist, comfy bed, blackout curtains, overall clean, nice bed sheets & towels,good location. So taking into consideration this “category” of hotels (within a budget), we were pleased! Parking is available on the streets around (with extra pay).

I cannot comment here, this is a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for, there could be things to improve - the overall renovation of the hotel.

The location is good to visit the city and to go to the train station

I talked to the most unprofessional staff I could know for a 3 star hotel. I received a message from the hotel with the information that I could leave my bagages from 11 am. i went to the hotel at 13h30 and so surprise, there was no one there. Hence, I called hotel number and they said that there is no staff till 14h and told me that I need to know this, then yelled at me and hung up the phone on me before I could say anything else.

Close to the beach and tram station. It was value for money. Friendly staff.

The bathroom door lock in our room was a bit rickety. There was a shelf without doors to keep things. The room was a bit small. There was no elevator if someone had huge bags, it would be a disadvantage not in our case

Koska odotukset eivät olleet korkealla, oli hotelli ihan ok yhden yön yöpymiseen. Aamiainen kohtuullisen hyvä. Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä rantaa. Oli kiva käydä iltakävelyllä ympäristössä. Yleiset parkkipaikat hotellin edustalla ovat osan aikaa maksulliaia riippuen onko arki vai pyhä, p'iv'/yö.

Aamiaisella olisi voinut olla vihanneksia, esim. kurkkua ja tomaattia ja munia. Huone oli tosi pieni, mutta ei se haitannut kun ei ollut paljoa tavaroita mukana. Peti oli melko pehmeä.

Petit déjeuner correct. Hôtel très bien situé.

La chambre n'était pas propre (poussière accumulée aux angles, entre les lits, tête de lit qui ne doit jamais être époussetée) tout l'équipement est de qualité très médiocre. Bricolage d'amateur. Peinture de la porte de la SDB toute écaillée, rebord de fenêtre criblé de déjections de pigeons,1 lampe de chevet ne fonctionnait pas (réparée après demande), éclairages insuffisants, la fenêtre de la SDB ne fermait pas correctement, lavabo mal fixé, pompe à savon mains toute entartrée, pas de tapis de bain, tapisserie gondolée, colis pour travaux dans le couloir, insonorisation inexistante et accueil absolument pas professionnel, on avait l'impression de déranger en posant la moindre question. Aucun salon commun sympathique, un espace minuscule au rez-de-chaussée qui fait uniquement office de décoration étant donné la petitesse du lieu.
