Comfortable but not a good location.

Nice hotel with comfortable room. Friendly staff.

Had dinner in the restaurant. My husband’s meal was good, but I ordered the fish and chips and it was terrible. The location wasn’t good. Went to see if we could get something to eat and there is absolutely nothing near by.

Good location ,Le Havre is good place for Holiday, Food service could be improved

Le Havre is a wonderful place in France to visit, wonderfully connected by Train. The Property is centrally located to enjoy the city + beach Lovely sea-side view, light tower etc.

Breakfast Food service. We have 2 nights stay in the hotel, friday night & saturday night. The property is known for good breakfast but to our surprise , the Sunday breakfast was very ordinary & incomplete They couldn't even serve omlette as they had one group of football team to attend. Priority was given to them affecting our service & food.

Great hotel, disappointing restaurant

Location, pet friendly, great view from room, nice reception, lounge area,

the menu very basic, the food was inedible and not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel, the best part is we couldn't eat the meal together because the pizza had to be served in the bar area and the club sandwich in the restaurant, and had to be paid for separately so in the end we ended up ordering both meals as above by room service which we could have together just not downstairs!!! incredible!!!!! even then I could order room service but had to collect from the restaurant and take to our room. I cannot understand why we couldn't simply order two basic meals, cooked in the same kitchen and eat them together, very strange and very disappointing :-(

A helpful staff would have made our stay better

The location was great and the room was clean.

There is no incentive and no willingness from the staff to enforce proper usage of the electric car parking spot. On numerous occasions it was occupied by non electric cars including the day we had to left. This left us with no other possibility than charging the car elsewhere which added unnecessary stress and detour to our road trip.

looked like a new renovated hotel, very clean and in a nice location. we had a room with a view on a harbor. the balcony was a nice surprise. comfortable bed, coffee machine in a room was also great

1. no room service. you have to order your food at the restaurant and then take it yourself to our room. sometimes the restaurant is a bit crowded. so we wanted to have a lunch in a bar(which was completely empty, and right next to the restaurant). but that was not possible (even though the other night they brought dessert to the bar without a problem) 2. breakfast is overpriced and doesn’t have variety.

Two cleaning ladies were really nice and cleaned the rooms well. These were Jennifer and Laure. They were professional and made sure we had all we needed in our rooms.

The staff at the front desk were not professional nor welcoming. I visited Le Havre with my family for 4 days and in total we reserved 3 deluxe king rooms and 2 queen rooms for 9 people who dined at the hotel. There was a mistake regarding the reservation that was made by one of the staff and it took time to resolve. I literally had to stand to wait for one staff calling two other staff to resolve the matter. I had reserved 4 rooms! Despite reviewing the reservation at arrival, one family member was apparently still not registered for breakfast and every single morning I was reminded that I had to pay for my 7 year old nephew’s breakfast!. It was really unpleasant and ruined the quality of my time with family. I also had to wait a long time to check out. The whole experience was difficult and my family did not feel welcome.

Lovely hotel

Clean room, comfortable bed. Most of the hotel staff was great. Good location, though it is good to know that there aren’t too many restaurants in a very close proximity, especially ones that are open on Sunday. So you are stuck with the hotel restaurant, which left a negative impression.

The service at the restaurant. I truly hope they were just having an off night, but it was unacceptable: slow service despite the restaurant being half empty, never getting water even after numerous requests, having to ask for bread, that should have come with the food we ordered, and which, again, never came. Still, this is a hotel review and I would like to emphasize that except for the restaurant, everything was lovely.

If you really have to go to Le Havre the this is the perfect hotel.

Wonderful hotel. It is new. Everything was bright clean and spotless. Large room with very comfortable beds. Garage was easy to manoeuvre unlike many underground hotels. The food was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. The staff were simply wonderful.

Le Havre. It is a dump. If it wasn't for the hotel being so good we would have moved on. Nothing I didn't like about the hotel.
