Beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms right in the center of the town.

We loved the room! So well laid out, loving having stairs to go up to bed!

Breakfast was great, but could be better laid out instead of in a U shape, causing unnecessary queues.

We absolutely recommend the hotel !

Everything was excellent with a customer experience at a high standard. The room was very comfortable, towels changed everyday, staff were amazingly helpful, taking care of the customers. Access to SPA was very easy and during hours fitting our schedule. The hotel offers options for massages as well. The breakfast was very good with specialties from the area. Everyone could find it’s how way of having a very enjoyable breakfast. Pets are welcomed and without surcharge, which is normally not the case elsewhere. There is also an outdoor parking lot free of charge, which is a real advantage for the customers. The hotel is very well situated in the city centre of Pont l’évêque, and very practical for reaching any place in the region. It is also very close to the highways.

Interesting Hotel in a courtyard setting with ample parking.

The traditional room was spacious and comfortable. It was a warm evening so we chose to eat dinner in town which was an easy walk. Breakfast was lovely with attentive staff.

Well looked after by staff, very comfortable accommodation

Having to wait at the car park entrance to get a code to enter. Reception was busy and so we created a delay. This then happened to another arrival so we gave them the code. An over priced pool

Used for overnight stay on way to holiday destination, so proximity to main road was useful.

Close to motorway. Free private car parking. Straightforward check in. Comfortable room. Good on site restaurant.

Extra cost to use pool. Rooms completely tiled so cold on bare feet. Blinds rather than curtains so no soundproofing to courtyard.

The breakfast let’s it down. Nothing hot, virtually no choice apart from a skinny baguette, some Brie and Camembert past it’s best or some apricots/dates. The machine to boil eggs was switched off. No coffee machine. Just someone bringing a pot round with the worst tasting coffee I’ve had in a very long time.

The room was spacious enough for two with all the facilities needed. The shower was nice and hot and powerful.

The stairs to the bed felt steep and might be too difficult for older guests if they have to get up in the night

Great hotel just no food on a Sunday

Very helpful staff .Parking on site if round the back we passed hotel and had to come back to fine parking . Really nice room with a bath .Bar was nice but no one in it (well it was a Sunday in January ) wine was very nice though

Picked hotel as it had a restaurant But this was not open on a Sunday very little options open to find something outside the hotel as a Sunday so had a bag of crisps and a banana till breakfast

Massive potential, but should do a lot better.

Refurbished duplex room. Attractive hotel.

Too much furniture in lower part of duplex, little in bedroom. Room not available at 1600 - cleaners sat inside talking. We had to wait 30 minutes. Cleaners noisy outside room before 0800 and left laundry bags on chairs outside room. Many other guests were smokers on the shared verandah so continually had to close windows of room. Lovely swallows but bird droppings on all outdoor furniture. Wifi did not work and reception unable to fix. Had to go into street for strong phone reception to check in for flight online. Had to wade through 8 cm of water to get back to the external staircase to room after a thunderstorm. People queuing up in towels for spa in view of reception - very off-putting

Convenient for overnight stop. Plenty of parking. Helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Diner in the hotel was surprisingly good, prepared with skill and attention to detail, and great value at €25 for 3 courses. Breakfast served in the room was generous.

Quiet and sercluded

The property layout was symmetrical and homey. It had that exposed wood log cabin vibe.

The furniture in the rooms were not well thought through and frankly quite old and cheap looking. The rooms were fantastically restored but the bed and couch and armour were lacking in quality. Also, No refrigerator or air conditioner for my USA travelers. They did provide a fan

Lovely hotel

The room was a good size for the 5 of us. Nicely decorated. Nice location with a bread shop close by. Not far from center. Close to highway. Staff friendly and helpful.

Construction in the back parking area. We arrived late so we weren’t sure where to park.
