A large house, well equipped in a very nice location.

We absolutely loved everything about this apartment!! It is centrally located, being just a block from the waterfront, with multiple restaurants, shops, parks, ferry terminal etc being just a minute or two walking either direction. Correspondence with the hostess was fabulous, with prompt replies, and a wonderful information link prior to arriving. The welcome picnic pack was really appreciated, as was the washing machine (and detergent). Honestly, you could stay in this apartment for multiple days and still want to stay more. Our only regret was that we were so busy hiking and looking around, that we didn't get to enjoy a coffee on the fabulous balcony more than once!!! We would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for quality, spacious, new lodging with all the amenities!

The location was perfect. The duplex apartment was in a very central location in Velas and has a stunning view of the sea from one of the bedrooms and the balcony. It was a very short walk to the centre of town and 10 minutes from the airport. We also loved the Apneia bar which was only a few minutes walk away. It was also about a 5 minute walk from the supermarket. We found that the air-conditioning worked well in all areas and that the main bathroom was a very good size. There was also a small bathroom with a sink and toilet next to the kitchen which was handy. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and to a much higher standard than many other properties. The welcome basket was a lovely touch.
