Das Haus liegt sehr hoch am Hang, oberhalb der Städtchen Velas, mit einen hervorragenden Blick zu Pico und zur Stadt. Alle sieben Häuser liegen so strategisch günstig dass man den Nachbar nicht sehen kann. Innerhalb des Hauses sind zwei komfortablen Schlafzimmern, Bad, Küche mit Esszimmer und Terrasse. Oben, einen guten Bett und einen großen Wohnzimmer. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Die Besitzerin halt alles in bester Ordnung und sie ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde immer wieder zurück kommen!
Man soll bereit sein einen extrem steilen Straße abwärts zu fahren.

Casa bastante grande, de acordo com as fotos. Com bastante equipamento na cozinha. Vista soberba para o mar, as Velas e área circundante.
A casa fica um pouco fria, apesar de termos ficado no verão. Não tem a melhor das acessibilidades, mas está dentro do que se espera em São Jorge, grandes desníveis, e com algum cuidado é possível circular de carro sem problemas. Podia ter na cozinha guardanapos ou rolo de cozinha e também no WC gel de banho.
