Stunning apartment, in a great location, with a friendly, responsive owner.

One of the most modern accommodations we viewed. Clean. Well located, in the Old Town, near some superb attractions (Sea Organ) and restaurants.

Only a few very minor things: tea towel to dry up cups, glassware and a dustpan and brush would have been nice, for longer stays. The property is advertised as breakfast included (you eat at Restaurant TI, which offers great food), one hot meal is included however had to pay for hot and cold drinks as well as any sides. The property does have an espresso machine which compensates.

Just okay

Breakfast was fine, once I asked about it. The parking was a nightmare. We constantly were looking to pay, and we got two all day fines. We paid them at the post office before leaving. The staff said they would reimburse me, but they have not. The staff said they would not be in Zadar for 2 days while we were there, so it felt like we were on our own.

We stayed 3 places in Croatia; this was the least of our three stays based on staff.

Lovely apartment but poor communication and no drinks with limited breakfast choice.

The apartment itself is lovely and clean and in good position. Air con great and toiletries provided.

Extremely poor communication. Asked questions about sage not working and did not get answer until late on last night of stay. We had booked as bed and breakfast but the breakfast is in a different location. On both days the choices we wanted were not available. The oven was broken on the second day so only limited choice. You have to pay extra for drinks and I did message property about this and they said they would contact restaurant but nothing changed. Tried to get compensation back from booking.com for price of drinks as felt it was a misrepresentation but as we paid cash for drinks and were given no receipt they are unable to provide anything. Please be aware to that when you put filter in for free parking with booking.com, that there is no free parking and it is chargeable with a third party between 11-22 euros a day.

Could be great if fellow travellers are considerate

Location was great. Apartment was newly renovated. Had the feel of a modern hotel. Hosts were quick to respond and resolve an issue we had.

There are 3 apartments in a common entry foyer area. This is ok and safe (each apartment locks separately) but we got unlucky with the other guests who had access to the other 2 apartments and treated the foyer as common space - leaving both their apartment doors open, screaming children running between rooms, parents yelling between rooms, kids constantly trying to open the door to our apartment (including in the middle of the night!)…all made for a non-restful stay, when it could have been very nice. Hosts can’t guarantee guest behaviour but there needs to be house rules that are reinforced if you are renting multiple apartments (unless you have all 3) that the foyer is not common space and they need to keep the doors closed.

Perfect

I really liked the property, was very clean, the check-in process was smooth and easy, and everything was exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Nehezen lehet megtalálni a házszámot .Nekünk egy bolti eladó segített.A kódszámokat alig lehet látni a kulcshozzaférésekor, és nehéz parkolast találni...A tv nehezen kezelhető..

Obijekt, čistoća i lokacija odlično. Doručak katastrofa i bolje bi bilo da ga ni ne nude .

Lokacija u srcu Zadra, odlično i lako naći parking.

Nije nam se svidjelo što smo htijeli rezervirati obijekt sa doručkom i bile smo vrlo sretne što smo uspijele naći sve na jednom mijestu ali je usljedilo razočarenje. Doručak je “uključen” u cijenu smiještaja a zapravo je doručak u kafiću ispod te imate pravo na jedan omlet a kavu i sve ostalo što naručite plaćate.

Wir haben dort einen tollen Urlaub verbracht !!

Ausgezeichnete Lage, direkt am Hafen ( wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs auf die benachbarte Inseln mit dem Boot) und in der Altstadt! Das Appartement dürfte noch ziemlich neu sein, modern, sehr schönes Badezimmer, am Balkon konnte man ein kleines Frühstück genießen. Die Küche ist sehr klein, kochen würde ich dort nicht unbedingt, am Abend muss man dort sowieso in der Altstadt essen gehen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin per WhatsApp jederzeit möglich, sehr hilfsbereit! Wir hatten dort eine super Zeit, leider nur 1 Woche, würden wir gerne wieder kommen.

Kleinigkeit, die dort noch fehlen,die Gastgeberin hat meine Vorschläge entgegengenommen 😉

Split hermoso!

El departamento es totalmente nuevo y muy bonito y cómodo. La vista al mar es hermosa. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del órgano de mar y hay un buen restaurante abajo

Faltaban detalles de equipamiento, no había tostadora, secado de pelo, papel de cocina, la caja de seguridad estaba cerrada
