Luxury Residence Zadar

We loved the location of the apartment. Located just outside of the old town of Zadar and located on the waterfront. We watched beautiful sunsets, coming and going of cruise liners and the gathering of people at the natural sea organ. We had access to bars, cafes, restaurants and various shops in the old town. All within a few minutes walking time. We did not need a car for our 4 night stay. The apartment had one good sized bedroom with a walkin robe and ensuite. From the second bedroom (slightly smaller) you could also access views and access was just across the hall to the 2nd bathroom. The living area had exceptional views that kept us in awe in addition to keeping us interested with the coming and going of various boats and ships. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped for short stays. If I was to return to Zadar I would have no problem choosing the apartment for accommodation.

Acknowledging the apartment block is old, there was an unpleasant odour coming up from the drain in the living area where the bath is located. This was easily addressed by ensuring the drain was covered by the rug. We did not use the bath in the living area and thought the space could have been better utilised, however, during the warmer or cooler months, this may be a welcomed addition by others. Unfortunately one set of French doors could not be used (explained by the host when checking in). This would have made the indoor/outdoor flow a lot easier (instead of walking around the bath). The balcony was still assessable and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting there.

Ideal location to experience Zadar. The view from the apartment was stunning, with plenty of activity on the sea view to keep you occupied whilst you relaxed on the balcony. The owner was also very helpful and easy to contact and talk to.
