Extrem netter Gastgeber, läuft alles unkompliziert ab. Wohnung in tadellosem Zustand mit gefühlt brandneuer Einrichtung und Einwandfreien, sauberen Sanitäranlagen. Alle Räume klimatisierbar. Gastgeber schickt auf Anfrage auch zahlreiche Tipps für Unternehmung, Restaurants und Tagesausflüge mit Hinweisen auf die Anbieter mit den besten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnissen. Am Abreisetag konnten wir bequem die Schlüssel einfach in der Wohnung hinterlassen.
Einziges Manko war, dass wir die Wohnung nicht den auf den Bildern ersichtlichen Balkon hatte, der ist in der Wohnung im 3. Erdgeschoss, unser tatsächlicher Balkon war kleiner, war jedoch insgesamt überhaupt kein Problem.

One of the best-organized apartments I have ever visited. Everything you need is provided, and the apartment looks exactly as shown in the photos. The only small thing I missed was a cutting board, though it may simply have been stored away. There is plenty of space to enjoy time together, and the location is absolutely first-class — right in the center of everything. If I return to Zadar, I would definitely choose this wonderful accommodation again.
