I think it is a scam! Do not risk!
We arrived at 4PM to the apartman as it was in their communication. They key was not in the box. The contact person was not available. But there were 3 person in the apartman. One was coming out the shower. All were smoking. They told they are there because the cleaning lady was not coming on time. We left imediatelly the apartment as we should arrive on time to a concert. We booked B&B Hotel instead - lucky they had a room. That is 10 minutes walk. Nor the apartman owner neither #Booking gaved back the money after our complaint that was agreed to be happened. I think this is a scam! Do note risk!

Franchement je vous conseille pas de séjourner dans cette appartement il les salles l'équipement est salle les toilettes sont salle avec de la moisissure j'ai dormi une nuit sur deux je pouvez pas rester plus longtemps dans l'appartement le lit était cassé à mon arrivé il avait de la poussière c’était mal aéré

Dommage ce studio pourrait avoir beaucoup d intérêt mais dans de telles conditions ça devient un véritable problème
Proximité de St Denis basilique
Manque de propreté / 2 chaises et un fauteuil cassés. Cuvette de wc cassé / lavabo de la salle de bain bouche et remplacé par un ustensile en plastique / mur de la cuisine et carrelage de la SDB tachée / poêle pas propre / détecteur de fumée calfeutré. /fenêtre donnant sur la rue ne se ferme pas

Спокойный и тихий район, много маленьких магазинов рядом . Метро в 15 минутах ходьбы
1 Отсутствие нормальной информации о вай-фай адресе и что пароль на французском языке 2 Отсутствие фена , хотя заявлен и для троих девочек это проблема 3 Старое пастельное которое выглядело неопрятно и не было поглаженным 4 Отсутствие нормального ножа и штопора 5 Поломанное кресло и вообще много мелких поломок в том числе течет вода из под умывальника в ванной 6 Квартира давно нуждается в ремонте хотя бы косметическом
