Spacious and convenient flat, close to metro

I was very pleasantly surprised by this flat - spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is ideal, only two minutes from the metro station at the end of line 12. There is a quiet balcony, the bed and couch as separate (rare in Paris studios!) and there is a Monoprix and small market nearby. The host was responsive and helpful in providing a fan. Would highly recommend this property.

Disappointing.

On arrival to the property- the apartment wasn't cleaned from the previous visitor ie un made bed, dirty towels left on the sofa, dirty socks left OK a table and cutlery left in the sink. With this in mind I contacted the host who was responsive buy by the time that they did respond I had already left the property. I am still waiting on a refund.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo studio ad Aubervilliers, in Rue Louis Fourrier, proprio ad angolo con la metro 12. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: comodissima, ben collegata e in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro di Parigi quasi senza accorgersene. Per chi vuole muoversi facilmente, è davvero un plus importante. L’appartamento è un monolocale, pulito e abbastanza spazioso. Molto apprezzata la presenza del balcone che garantisce un’ottima luminosità durante il giorno. In cucina erano presenti pentole, posate e bicchieri, quindi l’essenziale per organizzarsi in autonomia non mancava. Il riscaldamento era presente ma non particolarmente efficace, e in bagno il calore non arrivava: un piccolo radiatore aggiuntivo avrebbe reso l’ambiente più confortevole, soprattutto nei periodi freddi.

Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti meno positivi, il letto principale è risultato piuttosto scomodo e complessivamente lo spazio non è adatto a tre persone, nonostante al momento della prenotazione fosse stato specificato che saremmo stati in tre. Il divano non era utilizzabile per dormire in modo adeguato, quindi la terza persona ha avuto qualche difficoltà. Una sera lo scaldabagno ha smesso di funzionare mentre ero sotto la doccia; probabilmente non riesce a gestire l’acqua calda per tre persone consecutive. È stato un episodio isolato, ma sicuramente da migliorare. L’inconveniente più significativo è stato l’accesso al palazzo: il codice digitale d’ingresso è stato cambiato durante la giornata dall’amministratore senza che venissimo informati. Siamo rimasti fuori sotto la pioggia e al freddo, con una bambina, e solo grazie all’arrivo di un altro residente siamo riusciti a entrare. Una comunicazione preventiva avrebbe evitato una situazione spiacevole. Abbiamo inoltre trovato una sola volta un piccolo insetto volante nella zona cucina, probabilmente proveniente dallo scarico. Nulla di grave, ma giusto segnalarlo. La proprietaria parla esclusivamente francese, quindi può esserci qualche difficoltà comunicativa per chi non conosce la lingua.

Estancia correcta con buena comunicación y transporte cercano

La estancia ha sido en general correcta. La limpieza del apartamento era básica y mejorable, aunque aceptable para una estancia corta. La comunicación con el propietario fue buena y fluida a través de la aplicación. El apartamento está bien comunicado con el metro, que se encuentra justo al girar la esquina, aunque el trayecto hasta el centro de París lleva aproximadamente 40 minutos.

Tuvimos un problema con el baño: el inodoro se atascó y el agua salió por la base del mismo. El propietario acudió y lo solucionó la misma mañana en la que ocurrió, lo cual agradecemos.

Suffisant.

L’appartement est bien situé, dans une zone calme. Le balcon est vraiment agréable. L’appartement est très bien équipé : clim, machine à laver, cafetière, essentiel de cuisines etc, même si nous nous en sommes pas servi c’est plaisant à voir.

L’appartement est assez petit notamment lorsque nous déplions le canapé mais il est suffisant pour la nuit que nous avons passés. Cependant, un verre cassé et une bouteille de vin ont été laissé dans la cuisine et des cheveux dans la salle de bain… Ce qui fais douter de tout l’appartement après… mise à part ça, visuellement c’était correct.
