Perfect

Ideal place for us for our stay in Paris The room was cosy but big enough for 2 people to comfortably relax and get around the room. The outdoor terrace was nice to be able to sit out also. The accomodation was kitted out with everything you needed for your stay and more The location suited us as we did not venture into the city centre often. Might be a bit of a trek if you wanted to spend most of your time in the centre Check In was hassle free and the owners were friendly and easy to contact via whatsapp

Location was great

The bathroom under the wash basin, was exposed to the outside cold elements where cold air was coming through making th entire room extremely cold despite the heather being on.

Cathy and Paulo were extremely helpful. Wine, chocolate, and water, bathroom items were among the things that we received as a gift. After checking out, they kept our suitcases so we could enjoy Paris a bit longer. Later in the day, Paulo lent us the service to take us to CDG airport. Merci!

Unfortunately there were some people around the neighborhood that were looking at my wife in a way that made her feel unsafe.

Amazing place and lovely hosts! has a great coffee machine, efficient air con and lovely shower. They left a small bottle of wine, fridge full of juice & sparking water and everything else you may need. All the little details are perfect. Would definitely recommend!

A small beauty

A delightful small place, creatively utilised and incredibly well equipped. The owners very thoughtfully turned on the air conditioning prior to our arrival on a very hot day so it was beautifully cooling inside. Simply amazing, would love to stay again when we visit Paris again. Top accommodation. Thank you Cathy and Paulo 😀

Una estancia maravillosa, el sitio tiene todo lo necesario para que estés cómodo y a gusto. La cama es cómoda y tiene un montón de pequeños detalles que hacen tú estancia mas especial. La ubicación es en una zona tranquila y a diez minutos del transporte publico para ir al centro de Paris o a Disney.

La verdad es que me gustó todo, no le pondría ninguna pega.

Une parenthèse enchantée

La diligence de mes hôtes était très appréciable. La découverte du studio a été une surprise très agréable en voyant tout ce qui y avait été préparé: un frigo avec jus frais, quelques articles pour démarrer le séjour, des produits de soin à l'avenant, une belle intelligence quant à l'utilisation de l'espace, une petite terrasse accueillante. Par ailleurs, sur réservation, j'ai bénéficié d'une place de parking sécurisée et gratuite. Un luxe sur Paris ! L'arrivée et le départ étaient très faciles à organiser.

Personnellement, je n'ai aucune doléance et je ne peux qu'encourager mes hôtes pour les travaux qu'il reste à faire pour de nouveaux hébergements de cette qualité.

Hôtes sympathiques et aux petits soins pour que ce séjour de deux nuitées. Très arrangeants et à l'écoute de mes besoins (consigne bagages, facture, conseils, ...).🤲 Nuits agréables dans ce studio Eiffel qui au delà d'être châleureux et très fonctionnel réserve de nombreuses surprises mais je n'en dirai pas plus pour que les surprises agréables puissent être découvertes par les futurs occupants 😉. Merci Cathy et Paulo pour la qualité de votre prestation et à bientôt pour une nouvelle location 🥂🌟🙏

Difficile de trouver du négatif dans ce séjour... Le quartier peu attrayant peut-être mais sa situation est connue sur Pantin et la résidence est sécurisée et l'emplacement du studio garantit le calme.

Le logement magnifique, fonctionnel bien équipé avec des produits de qualités et pleins d attentions de la part de Cathy et Paulo. La gentillesse des hôtes. Nous sommes encore sur cette belle terrasse au moment d écrire notre commentaire et nous profitons des derniers instants.

Rien, nous reviendrons une prochaine fois et nous parlerons du beau logement.

Was oké om van hieruit Parijs te bezoeken

Een kleine ruimte, maar zeer volledig. Eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en betrokken. Zowel via de mail als telefonisch waren ze goed te bereiken.

Ons punt is niet door hun te veranderen. De mensen in de buurt maken een sombere indruk. We kiezen er duidelijk voor om niet na zonsondergang ons buiten de woning te begeven
