Cosy and comfortable little studio
Very comfy little studio with so many amenities. I booked this place for a concert at Zenith de Paris which is about a half an hour walk away. Everything was clean and tidy, the place has ample heating and everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. The complex where the studios are contained is gated for extra security and piece of mind.
I have nothing bad to say about the apartment itself, however it's about a 20 min walk from the two metro stations which wasn't so bad for me but something to bear in mind if you have a lot of luggage.

Knus huisje
Heel schoon en gezellig ingericht. Voelt als een warm huisje. Klein kwartier lopen naar de metro/trein. Auto konden we op het binnenterrein van de eigenaar parkeren.
De locatie. Veel ongure types op straat (illegale sigaretrenverkoop/drugsgebruik). Gebouwen in slechte staat, veel afval op straat. Beetje een ghetto gevoel kregen we ervan.

Tout : propreté, calme, service, équipement, sécurisé....tout était parfait de l'équipement à nos hôtes !!! Merci nous reviendrons.
Juste prévoir un peu éloigné du RER mais Paulo est très disponible et vous accompagne

L’appartamento è molto carino. Anche se piccolo gli spazi sono bene organizzati e non manca nulla. Paolo è un host meraviglioso. All’interno dell’appartamento non mancava nulla, la dotazione è superiore alla media, con dentifricio, prodotti per l’igiene personale e per la cura del corpo
manca l’aspiratore nel bagno ed essendo senza finestre e con una porta scorrevole a volte questo può creare dei disagi.

Nous n'avons vu que 2 chambres, c'est de notre faute de ne pas avoir demandé directement à partir des photos. Mais le visage souriant du propriétaire, le café et les autres gourmandises effacent tous les aspects négatifs. Je suis sûr que tu seras à l'aise.
