Disappointed and disaster unable to gain access had to find alternative accommodation

Was unable to get keys and waited for two hours before being told by booking.com the host could not accommodate me! He’d to find alternative accommodation at 6pm on the day after flying to Paris ! Would not recommend this stay at all ! Unhelpful and unprofessional, now have to fight to get a refund !

Location arnaque

Cette location est une arnaque bien menée. Il faut payer une caution le jour de votre arrivée pour obtenir le code d'accès à l'appartement et par hasard la caution de passe pas. Vous appelez l'assistance qui vous répond qu'ils n'ont plus cet appart en charge . Résultat j'ai payé mon séjour impossible de se faire rembourser et j'ai dû trouver une solution de logement car jamais eu les codes. Le numéro du propriétaire n'est plus attribué quand vous appelez donc très furieuse qu'il soit encore sur le site booking.

1e nuit dehors par impossibilité de récupérer les clés... à 19h à aubervilliers, c'est pas top

Une fois qu'on a pu récupérer les clés, le logement est propre et fonctionnel, proche du campus condorcet

Service après vente odieux, mode de récupération du code de la boite à clé et de l'information sur son emplacement impossible à combiner : je n'ai pas pu accéder au logement la première nuit !
