8 nights for great price and great flat

I was solo travelling and stayed for 8 nights and for what i paid it was a bargin. It was a great flat with cooking facilities in the kitchen so I could cook some nights. Nice and warm heating, the French version of Netflix had lots of english options. Not too far a walk to pantin station. Great for solo or couple trips. The host gave me a bottle of white wine too very good hosts.

Great Room!

I appreciate that the location had wifi and TV! The kettle and the iron were also very useful. The place was clean and very nicely decorated :)

Our walks to the metro were about 18 minutes long. We took the route Google recommended, and I am a slower walker. We also took an average of about 35 minutes to get to most attractions.

A perfect place in Pantin!

The hosts are wonderful, and the apartment is exceptional! We visited Paris for the city, but we're taking home lots of fond memories of this fabulous little apartment, too. ❤️ 10/10

Cute little studio with very attentive hosts.

Really well equipped and cute little studio apartment. Host was wonderful and solved every little issue we had very quickly. They also left a lot of nice treats in the fridge! It had a wonderful terrace too, even if the weather didn't let us enjoy it all that much.

Space is a bit tight of course and the neighbours were a bit too loud at times. Maybe the walls are too thin?

Everything. Clean modern and such good taste. The weather was good, so we made use of the pretty terrace with bistro table and comfortable furniture. The host left many treats for us and on the second evening a lovely bottle of Portuguese wine! The main purpose for the visit was a concert at Le Zenith a pleasant walk away along the canal. Paolo was the perfect host! Thank you.

Perfect Stay.

Every step, from the booking process to the day of departure, was perfect. Felt homely. Flat was clean, well organised, and everything works perfectly. Checked in late, which was not a problem, and had some goodies for my breakfast, which were perfect for breakfast. Would highly recommend and would stay again at any time. Lovely host. Detailed information about the checking and check out process. Well done and keep up the excellent work. 🙂

El alojamiento estaba impecable, todo muy nuevo y cuidado al detalle. Era comodísimo y no le faltaba absolutamente nada. Además, nos dejaron desayuno, un montón de chocolatinas y cosas riquísimas para picar. ¡Un detalle genial! Olía fenomenal y se notaba el mimo en cada rincón. El anfitrión, de 10: encantador, atento y hasta nos recogió y llevó al autobús. El metro está a unos 10 minutos andando y en 25 estás en pleno centro, así que la ubicación es perfecta. Las zonas comunes son preciosas, muy bien cuidadas y con mucho gusto. No hemos podido estar mejor, ¡nos ha encantado! Sin duda, un 10 absoluto. Gracias por todo!!

Rapport qualité prix imbattable ! studio très bien équipé, propre , confortable et accueillant. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions comme les friandises ainsi que la mise à disposition de tout le nécessaire en produits d’hygiène. La literie était très confortable, je remercie Paolo également d’avoir sécurisé ma voiture dans sa cour privative, cela m’a beaucoup rassurée et facilité mon séjour. Je recommande 👍

Superbe cour fleurie, grande terrasse très confortable, studio pratique et très confortable. Les petites attentions sont certainement un plus à mentionner. Le séjour est déjà parfait sans, mais le smoothie frais dans le frigo, les snacks salés et sucrés, etc. on se sent plus que bienvenu. Je logeais chez Cathy et Paulo à l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel. En rentrant le soir, je m'y suis sentie en vacances.

The best of Paris

J ai voyagé dans 45 pays dans le monde mais un endroit comme ça à Paris du jamais vu. Je me suis senti dans un appartement 5 étoiles. Le propriétaire est tellement adorable et toujours aux petits soins. Gel douche, savon, café, Melle dans les palaces que je suis allée il n y avait pas tous ça. Vraiment c'est magique. Merci beaucoup à lui.

Il n'y a rien a redire, tout est parfait de l'accueil aux équipements en passant par la propreté et les nombreuses petites attentions trouvées sur place 🥐🥞🍬🍹🍭.Tout est parfait. Le quartier est calme. La sortie de métro un peu agitée mais tellement vite oubliée dès l'arrivée dans ce petit nid douillet. Bravo et merci à Cathy et Paulo d'avoir contribué à notre grand plaisir d'un séjour parisien en ce mois de décembre.

Le calme, la clarté du logement, les équipements, le suivi des hôtes afin de savoir si tout se passait bien, les petits "plus" pour bien se sentir à l'aise. Je laisse la surprise aux futurs locataires

rien de particulier, manquait peut-être juste un limonadier pour déboucher ou décapsuler une bouteille, sinon tout était parfait et fonctionnel
