Fair Stays for The Price

The property was close to the train station and easy to travel around Paris. You have a small kitchen in the unit so you can boil water and cook as needed. You can find restaurants/bakeries in the neighborhood easily. The host was easy to communicate to.

I was expecting 2 separated beds in the property, but it only had one sofa bed in the living room. Also no bedroom in the unit, you are going to sleep in the living room. The bathroom was tiny and lack of essential supplies (no shampoo and conditioner). You will need to bring/buy your own towels and other personal care products.

Decent apartment for decent money

It is located near the metro station, the city is half an hour from the center of Paris. It has a market on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, which you should visit. It is very interesting with its variety and richness of offer as well as its affordable price. The apartment is in the center of the town. We found everything that was written in the offer, even some basic necessities for the kitchen, onions, oil, spices...

Entering the apartment is a little strange and a little intimidating, but only at first glance. Entering the shower cabin is problematic for a slightly larger person. Not enough toilet paper and in our case without small towels

Un séjour parfait dans un studio agréable, avec une propriétaire chaleureux et attentionné.

Le studio était très propre, bien équipé et fidèle aux photos. Il est situé dans un quartier calme, proche des commerces et des transports. Le plus important : la propriétaire mme Hamida, est une personne très gentille, accueillante et disponible. Il a tout fait pour que mon séjour se passe dans les meilleures conditions

Honnêtement, rien à redire. Tout était parfait, je me suis senti comme chez moi.

En résumé, ce logement offre un bon rapport qualité/prix

Studio situé dans un quartier très cosmopolite et vivant, en pleine mutation. Ce cosmopolitisme ne doit nourrir aucune inquiétude sur le plan sécuritaire, comme cela a pu être évoqué dans un commentaire laissé par un précédent occupant. Sa proximité avec la ligne de métro n° 12 lui confère une grande attractivité pour organiser les déplacements vers le cœur de la capitale. La présence de commerces de bouche et de marchés offrent un atout supplémentaire à cette location. Les explications fournies par la logeuse, pour y accéder sont très précises et efficaces. Abrité dans un immeuble un peu défraichi et aux parties communes dans leurs jus, ce qui se révèle un peu déroutant, une fois rendu dans les lieux on découvre un logement tout à fait correct. L’environnement sonore reste à un niveau tout à fait acceptable pour une localité proche de la capitale. Le confort est correct, hormis l’exiguïté de la cabine de douche déjà signalée. Le couchage est ferme mais correct. Des voies d’amélioration ont été communiquées à la loueuse qui ne devrait pas manquer d’en tenir compte, car en effet, cette personne donne l’impression d’être soucieuse de l’accueil et du confort de ses hôtes.
