Disappointing, felt unsafe, plumbing, odore and wifi issues

The mattress was comfortable. It was quiet, no street noise.

The area feels VERY dangerous, we felt unsafe walking back so, ubered only from 5 minutes away to avoid the large groups of men hanging around. Had ongoing plumbing issues where the flat smelled of sewage and had to use a plunger on the toilet multiple times. Our wifi ran out, they don’t have unlimited. Only one pillow per person and not good ones at that. Sofa is very uncomfortable. Could use bedside tables with some lamps.

Lovely stay

We only stayed for 2 days, but everything was truly pleasant. We chose this accommodation mainly for its location—relatively close to the Stade de France, as we were attending a concert. There’s a metro station about a 10-minute walk away, and several shops nearby, including one right at the building’s entrance. Although the neighborhood and building might seem a little uninviting at first glance, our experience was nothing but positive. The people we met were friendly and kind, with a few even offering us directions without us having to ask. The apartment itself is cozy and charming—perfect for a couple—and comes with all the amenities you might need. Highly recommended ❤️

I would suggest the host consider replacing the sofa bed mattress. It’s a small detail that could make the apartment even better.

O espaço interno é confortável.

A foto do anúncio em nada se compara a real fachada do lugar, a entrada é um corredor com escada em espiral e muito velho e precisa de uma reforma urgente. Não aconselho a mulheres de irem sozinhas .

Belle surprise, appartement rénové confortable.

Le logement a été récemment rénové. Il est propre et fonctionnel Il est aussi silencieux ! Même fenêtres ouvertes les voisins donnant dans la cour intérieure sont discrets on entend peu ou pas les bruits de la rue. La proximité avec le terminus du métro n'est pas négligeable. Le système de fermeture de la porte est nickel, on se sent en sécurité Et le/la propriétaire est très à l’écoute et intéressé par notre bien être

Comme signalé par le propriétaire, la cage d’escalier et couloirs méritent un sacré rafraîchissement mais c’est en bonne voie. Le quartier peut paraître austère mais les gens ne sont pas désagréables et certains même serviables (l’épicier d’à côté).

Alles neu und top. Gut im Hinterhaus gelegen und dadurch ruhig. Nah an der Metro (10min zu fuss) und Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Haus. Gegend wird als schwierig beschrieben fanden wir als Paar eher nicht wenn man Stadterfahrung hat.

Wifi hat Datenpaket und das war bei uns durch Vormieter aufgebraucht. Bitte da noch unlimited holen wenn nicht EU Gäste kommen.

La proximité avec le stade de France, pratique pour les concerts (20min à pied environ), l’épicerie juste en bas, les commerces dans les autres rues. Facile pour se garer. Le propriétaire du logement est très disponible

Me gustó la comodidad, lo grande que es el apartamento. La verdad es que es para repetir por lo bien que estuvimos.

No me gustó lo tan lejos que está de paris y lo caro que salen los taxis, lo complicado que es encontrar las llaves y el portal es horrible sin luz en el primer piso.
