What breakfast? I did have coffee
The bed was comfortable but very low to ground. When I sat on the it & it collapsed. I fixed the wood lathes after I climbed out of the bed. San Fran lost electricity & I sat in the dark for hours

The location was terrific and the room was spotless and comfortable -- as were the kitchen and bathroom. I would be nice if they pointed out the difficulties with parking BEFORE you book the room though. I got lucky but many might not.
The hosts were not very available to ask questions if they came up. I was largely on my own. Also, it was a bit of a pain having to haul the entire contents of my truck up a flight of stairs every night. Evidently car break-ins are a big issue.
