About this house rental
New custom beach-front home with high ceilings, natural light and two large ocean-side decks ideal for sunbathing and romantic sunset dining. Large Kitchen with Wolfe range, dining nook, and island seating.
This beautiful home features a gas fireplace with cozy sitting area in the living room, plus the house is heated by mini-split heat pump technology.
The signature spiral staircase takes you to three upstairs bedrooms. The master has spectacular views of the beach and ocean, while the other bedrooms have panoramic views of Mt. Tamalpais. The house features a separate, fully equipped indoor-outdoor bar lined with old redwood and surrounded by sand. The house fronts an expansive dune system with private beach seating overlooking the white sand and ocean. This home has a Tesla charger, and a gas grill. One Dog Allowed. Renters bringing a dog: Additional pet fee: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee. Bed Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin over full bunk bed.

Very clean, very organized and very well decorated beach front home. Spacious open floor plan with high wood ceilings creating a warm and comfortable environment. We all loved the big bedrooms and spiral staircase, and perfect view of the ocean from the master bedroom .The only complaint I have is the app required I call the office for requests even though it allows a message. I’d leave a message and the response stated to call the office rather than give a simple Yes or No response. Thus I couldn’t get a timely answer to my simple requests. This was a bit frustrating. Otherwise I’d give it 5 stars!

9/10 stay. The house and location are GREAT. The heating/AC was non functioning the entire trip unfortunately. The cleaners also showed up at 9:30 am when check out was at 10 am

Generally OK until I tried to get my $1,000 deposit back. Been almost 3 weeks since we left our rental, and despite three calls, and their assurances that it was refunded, it is still not in my bank account.
