Take in Close Ocean Views while BBQing with the Gas Weber Spirit Grill- 3 Burners (2026). The primary bedroom (Cal-King bed) is short distance to full, hallway bath. There is a Queen couch pullout in family room, sleeping 4 total upstairs. Architectural delights include newly installed wood floors (2015), exposed wood beams, cathedral ceilings/windows, & ample natural light. Comfy furniture and amenities make you feel at home. Curl up with organically made bathrobes, provided. YOUR MOVIE BUTLER: CRACK UP watching classic movies such as "Uncle Buck", "Stir Crazy," & "The Holdovers" in our Video Library. Our wood stoves aren't working at the moment but will be replaced shortly. Our wall heaters are MORE than sufficient for a toasty warm night.
'KIDS' will enjoy the "vintage play kitchen” HEAVILY stocked with Melissa & Doug Pretend Wood Food. After taking your order, they'll love running to/fro home & beach so quickly. They’ll like the OUTDOOR SHOWER, flat backyard, & ground level patio. Sprawl out in the family room with classic board games. Parents will appreciate the BPA free dishware set in kitchen and newly constructed Driveway Enclosure.
'GRANDPARENTS/TEENAGERS/ANOTHER FAMILY' will appreciate downstairs: a SEPARATE level providing privacy and quick access to upstairs via covered exterior stairs. Like upstairs, it sleeps 4. It has another open living space with separate Primary Bedroom & Connecting Bathroom for all. The open living space has ample natural light, exposed wood beams, two twin daybeds + trundles, & kitchenette. A large, private balcony with ocean views spills off the living area. Close ocean views makes this house great for those who don't want to walk to the beach but can still enjoy it. Rock yourself to sleep with BALCONY TEAK ROCKING CHAIRS and close ocean views. With a few stairs down, balcony has immediate access to the ground level patio and backyard. Perfection for romantic mornings with coffee, paper, & ocean's serenade/views.
WE ALLOW lots of fun but please no smoking or pets. Also, please no parties (for septic tank capacity reasons).
SEA BLUE has a 20 piece Spice Set, Foil, Ziploc Bags, and Saran Wrap for your kitchen use. Condiments are NOT provided, due to Covid. Management happy to provide additional toilet paper, paper towels, soap, replacement BBQ propane tank should you need throughout your stay. Our wood stoves aren't working now but will be replaced shortly. Our wall heaters are MORE than sufficient for a toasty warm night.
