For a relaxing, low-key beach get-away with family and friends, this is the perfect place. This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor patio, lounging area and BBQ island with seating for 8, covered outdoor dining and expansive decks. Down comforters and mattress/pillow protectors on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard. This is a place you can get away to relax, recharge, make great memories with your family and friends.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD NOISE. Several nearby neighbors are full time residents and would be adversely impacted by noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 8. We value a positive relationship with our neighbors. Large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away with your family and friends.
Located in Stinson Beach Village just 15 steps from the beach. Upstairs bedroom and deck have ocean and beach views. Nicely appointed, comfortable, two story family home with large, flat enclosed sunny yard. Comfortable seating on the patio and expansive decks, just a few houses back from the beach. Open floor pattern and multiple french and sliding doors encourage easy indoor/outdoor living and dining. Pets Are Negotiable.

Exceptional property just steps from the beach. Very well equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, beautiful yard, relaxing hot tub and plenty of parking. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Fantastic place for the weekend. Close to the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean from the upstairs deck. House is clean with everything we needed. Excellent communication by the host.
