About this house rental
Located in Seadrift on the inner lagoon with beautiful views of Mt. Tam, this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. There are several decks, water toys, hot tub, TV in master bedroom and a TV/VCR in the living room. Water toys include 2 paddleboards, 1 canoe, 1 double kayak, 1single kayak, all paddles and many boogie boards. The fireplace in the living room not usable. Gas grill. Pets are welcome. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning. Bed Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Twins, pull out couch in den.

Our family had an excellent week! We're so grateful that our dog was welcomed. The house was perfect - amazingly well stocked kitchen, ping pong table, great location, and plenty of room to relax. The water toys and dock were in regular use. We'll definitely come again!

Highway One realtors were prompt and very helpful.- The house is appealing, the kitchen well equipped. Unacceptable that we were not warned of the major construction site vis-a-vis the rental (West side), the East side remains shady all day in October. - Kitchen sink did not drain well, dishwasher did not clean properly due to the absence of a washable filter. - Price and valued did not aline.
