About this house rental
Located in Seadrift on the inner lagoon with beautiful views of Mt. Tam, this home has everything you need for a perfect vacation. There are several decks, water toys, hot tub, TV in master bedroom and a TV/VCR in the living room. Water toys include 2 paddleboards, 1 canoe, 1 double kayak, 1single kayak, all paddles and many boogie boards. The fireplace in the living room not usable. Gas grill. Pets are welcome. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning. Bed Configuration: 2 Kings, 2 Twins, pull out couch in den.

We loved this property and had a great stay. The team at Highway One was super responsive and helpful on questions/issues. The only real issue we had was that there was a strong smell of urine in the small sitting room which basically made that room unusable during our stay. They mentioned that there had been back to back dogs staying before us which was likely the cause. It just would have been nice for there to be a more thorough cleaning before we arrived so that room could be used.

Very well situated, clean, and functional. Amenities, especially including paddle boards and ping pong, were very nice to have. I was a little surprised that there was literally nothing - no spices, no baking soda, no sugar - in the kitchen especially since Stinson has little in the way of restaurants/food options. We made do, but that was the only surprise. Appreciated the loaf of bread at check-in!

Highway One realtors were prompt and very helpful.- The house is appealing, the kitchen well equipped. Unacceptable that we were not warned of the major construction site vis-a-vis the rental (West side), the East side remains shady all day in October. - Kitchen sink did not drain well, dishwasher did not clean properly due to the absence of a washable filter. - Price and valued did not aline.
