Our newly renovated house, located on one of Stinson's oldest and most well known properties was designed by famous architect Rudolph Schindler.

The Space:
It is surrounded by an absolutely amazing garden, which has been featured on HGTV and in Garden Design magazine. It is located only a stones throw from downtown, as well as the beach - and yet, it is one of the most private, quiet properties in Stinson.
The upstairs has three bedrooms. The Main bedroom has a king bed and a pullout couch while the second and third bedroom queen beds. Upstairs is also where the bathroom is located, with a shower and toilet.
Meander through the garden, you may meet someone from our other rental at the top of the garden - if so, say hello and make a new friend! Take a moment and sit by the pond and listen to the frogs, go over to the veggie garden and see what has popped up that you can use for your evening meal - I can almost promise that you will leave this property feeling better than when you came...
This property truly has to be experienced, it is a one of a kind.

I have lived in Marin for 35 years and never knew about this place. It is amazingly beautiful and next to the beach. Serene and magical. Loved it!!

Our family enjoyed the fireplace on rainy days and the well equipped kitchen for our cooking adventures. Hosts were super helpful. Lovely setting. Hearing the waves soothing you at night.

We live in Michigan and We stayed at Lovisa's home in Stinson Beach for 3 days since we were going to a wedding at Stinsons Beach. It was perfectly clean and organized. The property is very welcoming and there was a basket with compliments like fresh bread, pesto sauce, fresh local eggs, organic tea, fresh half and half for the next day morning coffee, a was a wonderful treat that we were not expecting. We were there with our 2 kids and they had a blast. They have so many outdoor games ( horseshoe, soccer, bikes, kayak.... you name it and they have it) Kids enjoyed their complimentary fresh pop corn ! Magical place sorrounded with hiking trails n so many stuff to do. Outdoor grill for a great meal. Their property location is perfect, walk distance to the little down town for an ice cream, good dinner, groceries, gifts shoppes. Had a front door through the gardens that takes you to the beach. Best secluded property in Stinson Beach since we saw so many houses that other friends attending the wedding were renting. You won't go wrong with this house. Butttt i will admit we didn't have enough time to enjoy all what this property has to offer. .. they have everything available for you Flash light, pets feeder, dogs waste bags, etc...
Amazing for a family, families with kids, group or a couple ....all we did also was walk out the gate and we were at the beach an at the Siren Canteen ( place to eat at the beach) . The home is extremely clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The upstairs offer master bedroom with california king bed and Tv and sofa bed plus 2 rooms with 1 queen bed each and one of them with apple TV. Also i asked Lovisa if there was an iron and ironing board available at the property and she kindly answer that she would make sure her assistant would have one available for us when we get there...owners great people to deal with . Thank you so much Lovisa for providing us your house what was way over our expectations.... we had a blast! Definitely would be back!!!
