About this house rental
Nestled on a quiet sandy calle, this light-filled beach house invites you to relax from the moment you arrive. Curl up in a cozy reading nook or take the short path over the dunes for a peaceful beach walk. After a dip in the ocean, rinse off in the outdoor shower and unwind in the hot tub. Walk to nearby restaurants or cook in the open-concept kitchen and gather around the large custom dining table or the deck’s picnic table with hill views. The spacious enclosed yard includes a charcoal grill. Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in the king-bed primary bedroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a separate full bed. A charming garden casita with a built-in twin bed provides extra privacy for guests.
Dogs Allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee.
Bed configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full in House, 1 Twin in Garden cottage.
NOTE: There is an apartment on the property that is a long term rental, it has a separate entrance and the tenant does not use any part of the yard or the main house.

This was our second stay at this house. We will be back. Love the large kitchen and the table is great for sharing meals and playing games. Kitchen nicely stocked, but could use more wine glasses. Yard is very secure for dogs. Bocce ball court is a fun addition. A few of the windows wouldn't open.

I'll start by saying that this was a troubled stay. On our second day, electricians were in and out of the house all day; they were good lads, but it was intrusive and the power was out for a time. That work knocked out the hot tub and the tv's streaming services. Later in the week, we had more workers (hot tub maintenence + hot tub repairman). In all honesty, it was a bummer at not having those amenities, and having frequent disruptions. The saving grace was Fritz, who himself came and fixed the tv. But we love the property, and would welcome a discounted night if we return again.
