A second story deck has a fire pit and ocean views and the lush courtyard is equipped with a hot tub, al fresco dining, outdoor shower, and dog-friendly turf side-yard. Step outside your door and walk just 40 feet to splash in the surf or cruise a half-mile to the downtown area.

The main Malibu cottage features a chic sofa and 49in TV with Netflix. A window nook offers a cozy space to curl up with a book. The Venice cottage has two twin sleeper sofas next to a wood burning fireplace. Watch shows on the 47in TV or journal daily activities at the desk. Lounge on a sofa and two armchairs in the Hermosa cottage and watch a movie on the 36in TV. The well-equipped Malibu kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating for two. Dine next to a wood burning fireplace at the five-person table. Stainless steel appliances are on display in the Venice kitchen; enjoy meals at the corner dining table set for eight. The Hermosa kitchenette has a mini-fridge, microwave, and toaster oven. Enjoy snacks at the high-top table with seating for two. The three cottages have a total of four bedrooms that sleep up to 10 guests. Four full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries and bath amenities. The master bedroom in the Malibu cottage has a queen bed, direct access to the courtyard, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. The second Malibu bedroom is furnished with a California king bed and two stylish chairs. The second bath includes a walk-in shower. The Venice cottage holds the complex's third bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. The bath has a walk-in shower. Located in the Hermosa cottage, the fourth bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. The bathroom in this unit has a walk-in shower. Relax in the lush courtyard equipped with a hot tub, outdoor shower, al fresco dining, and a dog-friendly turf side yard. The Malibu cottage also has a private second-story deck with an eight-person fire pit table and ocean views. Beach gear including chairs, umbrellas, and toys are available for guest use. This place was great for a large group that needed space to gather indoors and out, and also needed times of privacy as well as gathering together.The fireplaces in two of the cabins were so cozy. The deck was perfect for hanging out, grilling, and just gazing at the ocean.Unfortunately one of the bedrooms needed some attention; the sheets had not been changed, and the comforter on the king bed was for a twin. When we looked for a replacement, there were no extra blankets, so we spent a chilly night the first night there. Thankfully someone brought a replacement blanket the next day.

As advertised. Separate cottages gave all space for mostly rainy stay. Easy access to beach and stinson facilities. Rodent of some kind in wall of one unit. Hot tub fine and easy to use.

Previously noted in reviews dishwasher does a poor job even with rinsing of dishes. There was an odor under the sink. The Hermosa cottage was dark and musty smells. Deck was a wonderful place to watch the waves, family and sunset. Could have used a night light in bathroom as there were 2 steps to negotiate. I had 1. Hot tub was utilized post water play. Easy walk to Parkside for outdoor dining with good food.
